I stayed here for 2 nights because I was looking for a place to stay near my friend's villa. There were other families using it for weddings. We enjoyed using it as a family.I arrived in the middle of the night, so I got a little lost, but I managed to get there using Google Maps.(Please be careful if you use a car navigation system)I almost reserved the bath for my family to use.Although the building shows its age, it was well-maintained and I was able to stay there without any problems. There was also a kotatsu, so I felt like I was back in the countryside.I learned this for the first time after staying here, but you can also organize a barbecue upon request.(However, I was told that it would be very cold to have a barbecue at night in October.)I will use it in transit.

I used it on the day of a music festival.I stayed overnight without meals, paid in cash first, took a bath (luxurious with free-flowing water...), ate a cup of ramen with hot water from the pot on the 1st floor, and went to bed.We will lay out our own futons. The building and furniture have a Showa-era feel, but they were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was a relaxing inn that felt like staying at grandma's house. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to use it again.

This is a cozy inn that feels like it's run by a family. We were looking for a cheap hotel for around 10,000 yen for two people, but I think this is a good value for money.I want to go again!Winter Mt. Fuji trip 2 nights and 3 daysI stayed there on the second day. When I checked in, I was happy to find that the futon was already laid out in the room. Moreover, there was not only a futon but also a mattress and a fluffy blanket, so it was very comfortable to sleep.(There were no blankets or mattresses at the accommodation on the first day, so...)Also, there was a kotatsu, which was great! This was my first time staying at an inn with a kotatsu, and I think I'll get used to it.

A heads-up, this place is more difficult to get to than your typical place in Tokyo, but not unreasonable. There are a few buses that run real close to it several times a day. The facility was quite nice, traditional Japanese-style inn. Bedding was soft and warm even when it was below freezing outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk to a nice grocery store. Restroom and bathing facilities were clean and easy to use.

There is a supermarket nearby, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the lake is amazing 😃⤴⤴The facilities are more comfortable than staying in a car! We also received natural water from Mt. Fuji from the tap and instant coffee (free of charge). Parking is also available in front and is free. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby. 3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot.

It was ¥12,000 during Golden Week. Of course it's old, but it was well kept. Most of the guests were foreigners. The staff were also very pleasant.
