I used it at a nature school 24 years ago.It was Nishijima, not Ieshima. It is a place where I have fond memories of canoeing and kayaking in the sea and encountering wild peacocks.

very good. There is a lot to learn and you can feel the growth of your child. The sea is also beautiful and fun. At night, you can even see the Milky Way without moonlight. It was beautiful to see sea fireflies too.The staff are very kind and make you feel at ease. It's a tough journey to get there and back, and there's no air conditioning in the room, but I still love this place! !

We participated in "First Parent-Child Camp"!The volunteer leader, who is a university student, planned various activities, and I was able to do many things that I wouldn't normally experience. The children enjoyed canoeing, stamp rallies, cutting wood with a saw to make medals, campfires, crafts, and a rich natural environment. The room has a fan and a refrigerator. Cold tea is available at any time, so it's convenient to bring a water bottle ◎The room you will stay in (rowhouse type) does not have air conditioning, so it can be hot in midsummer. It takes about 20 minutes to walk with the kids from the port to the nature experience center, and there are some quite steep hills.Rakuten Mobile is almost out of range. When you go to the sea, you will receive radio waves. There were quite a few places where au wasn't available either.I think it can also be a digital detox!

Leave your car at Himeji Port (2000 yen for 24 hours) and transfer via Bose Island. As I was told on the phone to make the reservation, once we arrived we had to walk about 1.5km up a very steep mountain pass. I think it would be difficult for small children and the elderly.Since it was a last-minute reservation, I couldn't use the dining room, so I had to bring my own groceries. There was a kettle, tea, and teacup in the room. For futons, you can get a sleeping bag and special sheets at the reception, and mattresses, sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided in your room. I wasn't sure how to use the sheets, but I layered them like double envelopes. The bath was comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, but there is no hair dryer.I brought a fishing rod with me, but I was told not to cast it towards the beach, which was a shame (during the swimming season, falling needles can be dangerous). The other areas are full of stones and the water is shallow, so I don't think you can expect much fishing. The staff left me alone, so I was able to relax without any hesitation. The number of stars was negative because the mountain pass to go there and back was difficult and there was no internet connection (Rakuten Mobile), but I think it's fun to be able to play on the nearby sandy beach in the summer.
