It was my first time staying at a place where I felt so relaxed, probably because of the wooden architecture. The hot springs and dining halls were smaller than those at a large resort hotel, but they were nice and quiet. The beach and aquarium are right in front of you, and Awashima Island is also within walking distance.

I used the hot springs for a day trip because it was an inn run by Osamu Dazai. However, when you enter the building, you will see a lot of anime characters! If you ask me, is it an anime sacred place? It seems like there are still a lot of customers who are fans.I was very surprised by this unexpected turn of events. The Jutaro mandarin orange juice sold at the shop was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. Also, the store clerk was very kind and nice.

It’s just a bath, no accommodation. I personally don’t think there are any extra souvenirs to buy. The bath is 1,000 yen, the bath towel is 300 yen, and the hand towel is 300 yen, a total of 1,600 yen.The hotel staff will introduce and lead you there. The bathhouse is not big, and it will feel crowded if there are more than 6 people. There are only 6 shower stalls, only 1 indoor hot spring pool and 1 outdoor one (currently, the outdoor hot spring pool is limited to summer and is a cold pool). Now in early September, the weather is quite hot even at night, and it is indeed cooler to soak outside.Visited at 18:00 on a Thursday night on weekdays. No other tourists were using it. It felt great to have the venue reserved! If you really take a bath and soak in a hot spring, a quick person might be able to finish it in 15 minutes. My friend and I chatted for a while in the cold water pool, and it only took 50 minutes. The men's locker room has a non-electronic scale, a bathroom, a hair dryer, simple skin care products, and a free lockable locker (but the key does not have a wristband)If there is no check-in, the bathhouse is only open from 12 noon to 2 pm, and only from 18:00 to 20:00 in the evening. There is a lovelive medal.
