[Kaori Yamago Villa -KAORU-]In October 2024, I visited an entrepreneur in Sapporo with my fellow business owners.This time, we were given a special tour of the facility by a member of our facility.It is located approximately 30 minutes by car from the center of Otaru.This is a whole villa for rent, with Mt. Haruka in the background.“Kaori” had a bonfire stand and a Scandinavian-style private sauna on the wooden deck facing the forest.It seems like you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and feel nature while relaxing your body and mind in the private sauna and Goemon bath, and enjoy the great outdoors without worrying about your surroundings.

The sauna is very comfortable, and if it's sunny you can take a bath outside while looking at the stars!The kitchen in the room was spacious, and the tableware and glasses provided were very stylish, so I was able to enjoy my meals.It was such a wonderful place that I didn't want to go back!I would like to use it again!

It was great! I was able to spend a very relaxing time with the atmospheric interior and the scent of wood. Needless to say, the sauna is wonderful, and I felt that everything from the outside wooden deck to the inside was kept well-cleaned. Personally, my favorite part is that the sunset is amazing! The feeling in the morning was exceptional!

The ``Ametsuchi pudding'' that was offered as a welcome pudding was exquisite❗️😋It was a pleasant surprise and I felt delicious and warm. Enjoying the pudding in an atmosphere surrounded by nature became a special memory ❗️It is also said that you may be able to meet cats and pheasants on the premises.Although I didn't see any cats this time, it was great to spend my morning coffee time listening to the chirping of birds 🌿

Surrounded by forest, it was quiet and relaxing. The view from the wooden deck is wonderful, and depending on when you stay, you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons.During our stay, we were able to spend some quality time reading and stretching while watching the bonfire.When I travel, I often bring my own skin care products, but Niseko-born ICO has mist lotions and creams available, and when I tried them out, they were amazing at how well they penetrated into the skin. It was!The amenities are high quality and comprehensive, so even those who are particular about toothbrushes and skin care can stay empty-handed.

Private sauna is the best! !I felt that the completely private barrel sauna was good for beautiful skin.There aren't many saunas that can be used by both men and women, so I think you can enjoy it even if you come as a couple. The cold bath in the forest and the outdoor air bath were also pleasant.The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy cooking using ingredients from Hokkaido, so we had a special time. We were lucky to be able to stay early as we expect it to become popular and difficult to book in the future.

Wow, that's wonderful!It was a special space that could only be experienced here.There is a rare barrel sauna, and the bonfire stand is also stylish!The outside was lit up at night and it was a special private space. It comes with super delicious wine, craft beer, and mineral water, so we definitely recommend it!

The location is a little difficult to findThe distance from the sauna to the bath is long and you have to move inside the room.There was a small beehiveIncludes 6 bottles of water, 2 cans of beer, and 1 bottle of wine.You can't watch terrestrial TVOn the second floor, there is a base-like room that children will enjoy.sauna was very good

decided to leave a review since this amazing cabin has no reviews on google maps for some reason. absolutely stunning wooden villa with a gorgeous view, as well as an outdoor private sauna and a fire pit on a lovely veranda that somehow feels secluded and quiet despite actually being next to the main road. the interior is brand spanking new and clean as a whistle, probably because it IS very new as of writing. there were a lot of provided amenities we didn't expect, which was a nice surprise. the tatami hangout spot in the upstairs loft that overlooks the living area (also can be repurposed as an extra sleeping space) is very nice! washer, dryer, dishwasher- lots of nice modern appliances.not necessarily downsides, but possible issues to keep in mind: there is a big lack of closet and storage space, so luggage gets left in the open. the ground floor bedroom does not have a lock. there is nowhere to hang laundry- a drying rack would have been nice, but we improvised and used the stair railings. despite these issues, it's still an amazing location. i expect this place to be impossible to book this time next year :)
