My husband runs the business by himself. He was working hard, so I was comforted by the smiles he occasionally showed me. It's a facility from the Showa era, so it's undeniably old, but the rooms have new wallpaper and tatami mats, so I think it's good for people who want to stay cheaply.

It was too shabby and old. The only guest supplies were a towel, a toothbrush, and no toothpaste.

The room is very large and feels cozy. The room is clean and there are plenty of futons.Although the building is old, it feels like you are surrounded by nature. The service is great. Even though he runs it alone, he does his best for the customers and is kind. When the bus from our hotel to Kawaguchiko Station was delayed, we took the trouble to bring her by car. I really appreciated it.

It's a fairly old building, so when I walked on it, I heard a gurgling sound coming from the floor. The bathroom is also far away.

The first time I stayed there was on September 3, 1977, when I rode a Honda Monkey from Yoyogi, where I was living at the time.I still go there from time to time! ️

It really was a Showa-era guest house (lol). The building is old but looks nice. It has a great atmosphere. I like it.I stayed for one night without meals. It was a Japanese-style room on the second floor, but it was spacious. The type that uses the futon in the closet without permission. There is no toilet or bath in the room. The bath is a little far away, but the path to get there is wild and interesting. It's a little far from Kawaguchiko Station, but I think it's a hidden gem. I didn't know where the ground was, but apparently there was one. There was also a large place to play. When I showed it to them, it was very spacious. It seems like he hasn't used it since the coronavirus outbreak.I think it's great for traveling with a large group of people or for club training camps.

It's like a training camp from the Showa era.In the evening, Higurashi is in 360-degree surround sound. There is also a foot organ (not sure if it works)There is also a laptop piano in the entrance hall (I didn't say it worked). It was decorated with colored paper commemorating the brass band's training camp. There is no TV or refrigerator in the room. All there is is an air conditioner, an evacuation ladder, and the silence of the countryside. (Also futon and desk)Smoking is allowed in the room with permission.I have a cell phone.Perfect for those of us who are tired of the city.
