We used it as a parking lot for a festival held nearby.Since I arrived early, the staff member directed me to the back of the store."Please park next to that white car."When I approached the place, I saw a puddle and it was quite muddy."Huh? Here...?"I thought so, but since it was designated, I had no choice but to park there.I thought there might be a lot more parking in the future, and I thought I shouldn't park somewhere else without permission, so I had no choice. After the festival, I got back to my car exhausted and tried to get out, but the tires of my car slipped and I couldn't get out of the mud.I picked up some branches that had fallen in the area and put them under the tires, and my husband started the car and I tried pushing the car, but it wouldn't budge even with the help of a single woman. (ToT)While I was going to the bathroom, my husband informed the front desk, and 4 or 5 staff members came out and pushed him out. However, the staff complained about the way the car started, and even when my husband politely thanked the staff, they ignored him. When I got back, I heard about this and was angry, wondering why I was being blamed when I had been in such a bad situation because I had parked in a designated spot, so I said something to the front desk. When I went to tell him, a man who said he was in charge came out."You've already gotten out of the car, right? So, what do you want me to do?"While opening my eyes and glaring at me,"I'm sorry!!" or``Okay, I'll give you the money from my pocket money.''I was so taken aback by it.I don't feel like listening to what's being said, so I think it's a waste of time,"I'm not saying this because I want money. That's enough."So I left the front desk building, went back to the car, and as I was telling my husband, the male manager from earlier and a female staff member came out.He also apologized in a way that wasn't really apologizing, and tried to force me to give him money (2,500 yen for the parking fee, naked, without putting it in an envelope). It was obvious that he didn't think it was bad at all, so I didn't accept it.If they had thought it was a bad thing, they would have refunded the money to the inn instead of pocket money. My car and I were covered in mud, and there were probably scratches on the tires and car body, but the parking fee was only 2,500 yen. Probably because I don't think it's bad. There were many other people parked there, but there was no staff member to guide them out.All the parking lots at other inns had red guiding sticks to guide people. The roads are incredibly crowded on the way back from the festival, and it's difficult for cars to even get onto the road unless someone directs them onto the road.People in other cars tooI heard him say, "I can't get out."In a sense, I learned that there are other places that deal with things like this.

I used it in the parking lot of a music festival. From previous reviews, the people in the parking lot were very responsive, and the service of using the toilet and providing drinks? I was glad that I was able to make a reservation because there was one available.Although it was a temporary person, there was someone to guide me (well, it's only natural that they collect money), so I was able to park the car without any problems, but there was no particular service like the one mentioned above. On the way back, it was pouring rain, and it was almost dark with only a little light. The ground was muddy and there was no one to guide us, so we had a hard time getting out on the road with heavy traffic.Well, it's a popular festival and the parking lot is nearby, so people would probably gather even if there were no special services, but I wish they would have provided guidance on how to get back home.

I stayed here while participating in the Yamanakako Road Race. There is no excessive service, but the price was reasonable and I had a comfortable stay. The bath was not large, but it was comfortable.I was allowed to stop my car while I was participating in a road race, and after the race I had a bath and curry.

My husband and I stayed here last year to watch the Olympic road race, and we invited a friend and his wife to stay again this year to have a seven-wheel BBQ on the terrace.Spacious site with plenty of shade from large trees, making it an excellent environment even in a plain area that stays cool even in midsummer. There is an indoor bath and a garden-style outdoor bath where you can relax.BBQ: Thick-sliced beef, fatty pork, chicken parsley, miso sauce offal, assorted vegetables, grilled marshmallows & bananaswas. When I ordered a beer and a bottle of red wine, they brought me three types, and I chose Chilean Merlot. The coffee after breakfast was also very delicious.I have been to various accommodations in Hirano since I was a student, such as training camps, and I highly recommend this accommodation to have a fun time with friends.

① The room smells of mold and is unsanitary for children to stay there.②When we ate our meal in the large hall, we started our meal while a baseball game was being shown at high volume on the TV in the large hall. Our seats were right in front of the TV.Although I thought it was noisy, I couldn't touch the TV in the hotel without permission, so I continued eating, when a male staff member took a break and started watching a baseball game. The TV was right in front of us, so it felt like people were watching it all the time, which made me feel uncomfortable. Before that, both the inns that played the TV at high volume while the guests were eating, and the staff who watched it, were beyond the bounds of common sense.③ I was told that the bath time would be until 10pm, but all the hot water in the bathtub had been drained before 10pm, and the shower only had water.I get past being angry and start laughing.④In general, I feel that this is a facility for students to have some sort of training camp, and cannot be used for general lodging.I want my mother to return my feelings for finding and making reservations for all my family and relatives.I don't want to stay there again, and I hope they make improvements so that no one feels the same way in the future.

The bath in the main building was great. Although it is small, the open-air bath has a very soothing atmosphere.Although it was April, it was still cold in the mornings and evenings, but there was a kotatsu in the room, so I was able to relax.

I used the parking lot during a music festival nearby. The staff guiding us around was very cheerful and provided juice and tea service which was very nice. They also offer toilet rentals until late at night, so I plan to use them when I stay overnight.

A quiet inn on the shore of Lake Yamanaka. It's a separate room, so you can relax with your family or on a training camp without worrying about your surroundings ✌️ For dinner, you can have a barbecue outside. Koshu beef? It was delicious 😀 The wife was kind and helpful 👏 This is a great deal for the price 😮

For dinner, we had a barbecue. The quantity was sufficient and it was delicious. The room had the bare minimum, including a futon and a TV, but it was cold so it was comfortable with the heating on.
