The staff who helped with dinner were very polite, but unfortunately the eldest male staff who was responsible for check-in (probably the person in charge) was very rude. He was very impatient when explaining the check-in requirements, and his tone was bad, which was disappointing. The original excitement turned into boredom and anger. Instant points deduction for check-in experience

I went there from Tokyo.Although it was a very hot day, it was just the right amount of cool and we could see Mt. Fuji clearly, making it a great location.Dinner is nothing short of tender meat, fresh seafood, and locally produced thick, sweet vegetables. Even men will get full.

This is my first time using it. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 3 years old).I was worried about a lot of things because my kids were still young, but both adults and kids were very satisfied. It was a dome room, but it was clean and had a nice atmosphere! There were a lot of ingredients for the evening barbecue, so I was able to fill my stomach without having to bring anything in. The facilities were very good, but most of all, the staff was very helpful! They were kind to children at the reception and at barbecues, and even let us light the firewood together at the campfire (they were very good at communicating this to the children!) The staff, both adults and children, were very kind to the children. I've become your fan. The children would look around for the staff if they couldn't see them. The glamping experience has a very warm atmosphere, and I would love to stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

It was such a wonderful place! There was a bit of a wait time when I checked in, so I looked at the rental toys that looked interesting, and the staff said they were interesting, so I thought I'd try them now. I was able to spend the waiting time happily.Dinner had a lot of meat and I was very satisfied!I stayed in a dome-shaped room, but there weren't too many people, and since it was a weekday, there were only two other groups besides me, so it was quiet. In the morning, the view of Mt. Fuji from my room was so beautiful that my mind was purified. We had a great time.

When I read other really good reviews, it was so different from my experience when I went there that I wondered if it was true.In my case, I had to deal with a lot of problems, including the cold response to phone inquiries before I went, the lack of hot water in the shower, and my card being fraudulently debited (approximately 150,000 yen). did. When answering the phone, the village chief, who is said to be friendly, said twice that he was "busy shoveling snow" and "busy checking out."I was in a lot of trouble...When there was a fraudulent charge on my card (3 times of about 50,000 yen from this facility, a total of 150,000 yen), I made a point of saying, ``This has happened before, but it's not our fault.'' I have been contacted by the company.I'm already tired of everything...I won't go anymore. As for the location, the scenery is not as good as other facilities in the area, and I don't feel it has any meaning in Lake Yamanaka, so I would recommend other facilities in the area for the same price. It was a fun holiday, so I really wanted to enjoy it even more.I somehow managed to make this into a hilarious episode. It is very disappointing.Postscript: 2024/6/21 I received a letter from the credit card company again this week. Apparently, they explained to the credit card company that the staff who was at the reception in February was no longer there and they did not know the current situation, but on the day we stayed and paid, the village chief was in charge of the cash register. I think it was. Have you retired? As expected, there are still many unknowns, so I would like those who are planning to stay here to be very careful. It feels bad when you end up having trouble after what should have been a fun time. And it lasts this long. I really regret staying there

This is my second stay here. The first time, I visited with a friend, stayed in a trailer house, and was moved to tears when I saw Mt. Fuji covered in snow. I wanted my children to experience that feeling, so I decided to take care of them again, but this time I was disappointed that I couldn't see Mt. Fuji🗻 due to the weather...Even though they couldn't see Mt. Fuji, the children were able to fully enjoy the charm of glamping by staying in a dome-shaped tent for the first time, having a BBQ, and having a campfire (the roasted marshmallows were delicious). As for sightseeing, I enjoyed a lot of out-of-the-ordinary experiences such as seeing the maglev train and riding on a sightseeing boat. Next time, we would like to use this facility to organize a fun event for children such as grape picking and hot springs when Mt. Fuji can be seen 🙂‍↕️

The other day, I stayed in a dome-shaped tent. They kindly responded to my request to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday, and they made the room more beautiful than I imagined. Not only that, but all the staff were kind, polite, and attentive, and I was so impressed that I had never received customer service like this before.I stayed here this time to celebrate my birthday, but next time I would like to go on a more casual holiday! I will definitely stay again!

It was a fantastic place!!!!!!We had a wonderful stay. On the first day, it was pouring rain due to the influence of a low pressure system. However, the area where we ate our meals was covered with a vinyl curtain, so we were able to eat without getting wet from the rain. Dinner is filled with luxurious, high-quality meat. It was delicious.A tall staff member (a handsome man) played with the dog. As per my brother's weather forecast, we were able to see beautiful Mt. Fuji the next day 😊 As expected! The staff are kind and friendly. It is thanks to the staff that we were able to have such a wonderful stay. I will definitely go again!Dog run...Even though it was pouring rain the day before, the lawn was neat and well-drained, so we were able to play without getting dirty. The shampoo and conditioner are not greasy, have a nice scent, and leave you feeling moist and smooth. This made me happy🩷
