Used by 2 adults and 2 children. The hallway where the public bath is located is quite old, but the room itself had plenty of space, was clean and comfortable. Some people may find the air conditioner a little noisy. We had a meal plan.Perhaps because it was a weekday when there weren't many people, we had Japanese food for breakfast and dinner. It was delicious. It's not on the website, but one meeting room is used as a table tennis room, and the other is used as a kids' room.I thought it would be better to put the kids' room on the homepage so it would catch the attention of families, so I've included a photo of only the entrance. All the staff were kind.

Although it was mostly cloudy during the trip, I was impressed by the view of Mt. Fuji from my room in the morning. It was a 5-bed room, but although it was old, it was comfortable. The staff were also nice. The food was very delicious, but the amount was enough for a woman to eat, so it wasn't enough for my family. For dessert, I would like my child to have something like fruit or jelly. The variety of the morning buffet was quite small and it was at the level of a business hotel, which was not good.

The carpet was extremely dirty and the central air conditioner was full of dust. It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan. It is recommended that those who read the comments avoid this trap!

It was a beautiful room. The only amenities are a toothbrush (with toothpaste). The customer service is also polite and impeccable. The negative point is that the food is a bit lacking.I was also grateful that they had a smoking area outside, but it was at the back of the building, and chairs and other discarded items were out in the open, so the view wasn't great. There was a hot spring and a sauna, but unfortunately the sauna was out of order.

I don't mind that it's old in places, but the air conditioner kept making a strange high-pitched noise and I couldn't stand it, so I asked the front desk to turn it off. I've never heard of a room where the air conditioner doesn't work properly. It was late at night, but after I checked out and got in the car, I was asked to get a different room, but I didn't feel like sleeping right now.Another thing that bothered me was that there was a water pipe running near the head of the bed, so I could hear water periodically. This is the first hotel I've ever been to where I had so many problems sleeping.
