The garden was not taken care of, perhaps because it is difficult to maintain. The facility must be old, as you can clearly see by looking at the interior of the guest room! However, I am impressed with how well they are handling things with such a small staff. The foreign staff may speak a few words, but you can tell that they are very polite! The food is buffet style, which doesn't feel particularly bad! Wouldn't it be easier to prepare the food if we arranged the food a little differently?

My wife and I stayed here for one night on a Friday in mid-September.Although it was located in the back of the hot spring town and the road was narrow and pedestrian, there were no problems with transportation. We arrived a little after 4pm, and although we managed to secure a reservation for the private bath for 10:40pm, it would be difficult to get the time slot we wanted if we didn't arrive earlier.Another cave private bath without reservations can be used after 9pm.Since I was able to use both, the cost performance was very high.We also enjoyed the mini buffet for dinner, but the crabs ran out in the second half, so we recommend grabbing some in the first half. There were two happy hours from the time we arrived until we went to bed, and we also had unlimited alcoholic beverages including during dinner, so I felt that the overall cost performance was very high. There was a big spider in the room, but I tried not to worry about it.It's OK to walk around the surrounding Shuzenji area as it's not too far away.It may not be suitable for those who are luxury-oriented, but it is recommended for those who can satisfy the price + extra.

20240825 (Sunday)First time staying here on a family trip. A Breeze Bay Group hotel with approximately 150 hotels in Japan. They bought a closed hotel, renovated the interior, and operated it as a Breeze Bay Group hotel. The exterior of the back was kept as it was, but the interior was really beautiful, and if you just look at the interior, it looks like a first-class hotel. ✨The room was a 4-person room with 2 beds and 2 futons, but there was also a separate unit bath (amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, etc., and a hair dryer) were clean. The meal was a dinner and breakfast buffet, and the dinner included a small kaiseki meal + buffet + all-you-can-drink including alcohol 🍶♡🥃.Moreover, there was a campaign on that day, and my wife's favorite crab 🦀 and my favorite eel were also included. All you can eat✨I was very satisfied~😋😋😋The hot springs include a large indoor bath ♨️Hashiratani Rock Bath, an open-air private bath that you reserve at the front desk ♨️Full star bath ☆, and a private bath carved into the rock surface that this hotel is famous for ♨️Rock-cut bath.Hashirama Iwaburo is an indoor bath so you can't enjoy the scenery, but it's spacious and you can relax ✨ There are 5 washing areas, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The changing room has 2 hair dryers and an air conditioner. The Full Star Bath is an open-air bath and is not large, but you can definitely see the stars at night ☆ The frog figurine is cute 🐸 Washing area 1, all shampoos are provided, and the changing room is also integrated and outside, so there is air conditioning. , no hair dryer. It's a shame that the hose spoils the scenery a bit.If the lamp at the entrance to the rock cave bath is lit red, it means you are taking a bath, and if it is off, it is empty. There seem to be three baths inside, but one was not usable due to adjustment work, one was a hot spring, and the rest were cold baths. It certainly has a dignified atmosphere ✨ There are 3 washing areas, all shampoos are provided, and the changing rooms have air conditioning and no hair dryer. The parking lot is located in the first parking lot next to the narrow uphill slope in front of the hotel with about 10 spaces, the second parking lot in front of the slope, and the third parking lot further away🅿️There is no bicycle parking lot. When you check in at the front desk, there will be a yukata next to it, so it's a good idea to bring a yukata that fits your size 🙆‍♀️There are many putter golf and board games next to the front desk that you can rent and play.Table tennis in the playroom 🏓, manga and massage chairs in the relaxation room 💆‍♂️, and karaoke 🎤 room are all free to use, so have fun 😁Many of the hotel employees were foreigners, and although it was awkward, they did their best to provide service. However, during dinner, the employee directed me to the wrong seat. A female employee (I think she's a bit of a boss) politely apologized and said, ``I'm very sorry for making you feel uncomfortable,'' and I felt a little better about my feelings.I think the price of around 9,000 yen per adult per night for this kind of service is quite reasonable ✨ I didn't know about the Breeze Bay group, but I'll definitely check it out in the future 😆

1. The room has been renovated and is very large. The bathroom is clean and has no smell.2. Some public facilities or decorations are dilapidated3. You can reserve an outdoor bath for free4. One stay and two meals cost about 10,000 yen. Oden, alcohol, soft drinks, and popsicles are provided free of charge in the afternoon, and soba noodles are served as a midnight snack. The dinner and breakfast are great, especially the dinner with all kinds of free wine, which is very cost-effective.5. It is a bit far from the main attractions and is suitable for self-driving tours (the hotel also has shuttle buses that can be reserved)6. There are many foreign employees employed here, and the service attitude is good and friendly.

I went on a weekday and the cost performance was good 👍️You can enter the private rock cave bath if it is available, and the open-air bath can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Both are 40 minutes. If you reserve a private karaoke room from 17:00 to 21:00, you can sing at DAM✨At night, they had an all-you-can-drink service in the lobby, so you could make your own draft beer and sour!

The room smells very musty. Thinking something was wrong, I flipped up the bed sheets and discovered that the mattress was covered in mold. I actually had a child see it and realized that a child cannot sleep in a place like this. When I was told that I would be changing rooms, I was shown to the room next door. Isn't it almost the same environment? That unpleasant hunch was correct. As soon as I was shown there, I looked at the mattress and it was moldy again. picture. We watched it together earlier, right? The atmosphere among the employees is not bad, but the way they handled the situation was disappointing. I ended up moving twice with lots of luggage and children. I thought the fence in the kids' room looked good at first glance, but when I touched it, it was loose and broken, and the partitions on the wall were falling down. There is no cleaning at all. Full of dust, dirt, and mold. I had a really bad time. My family and I were scared because there were horseflies flying around in the open air, and we didn't have any insecticides, so we had to work hard to keep our children from getting bitten, so we couldn't enjoy it at all. The sake at the entrance was lukewarm, and the oden was a little weird. I don't think I'll go again.
