Room without meals is 3,000 yen, the room is spacious and reasonably priced.

Good cost performance. I'm spending a lot of money on costs, so I might choose someone. No auto lock. There is no refrigerator, hair dryer, or tissues in the room. No washlet. Also, there are almost no places to eat around Saijo Station, so this might be something special. Since there is only an izakaya, it might be a good idea to eat in your car and then go to the hotel.

The cost performance is great.The room is old but clean.There is also wifi.There's nothing wrong with just sleeping.However, as others have written, the leaky karaoke at the snack bar that opened across the street is a big problem.I can't believe it's this cruel...I couldn't sleep well.

Close to the station, value for money.It was a good place to sleep, but when I stayed there for the first time in a while, I found it difficult to sleep because of the sound leaking from the karaoke bar that had opened across the street.

The exterior looks shabby (sorry), and the toilets don't have washlets these days, but it's located near the station, has Wi-Fi, and the accommodation fee is 3,000 yen, so I have no complaints. Recommended for people like me who only want to sleep.

Although the facilities seem old, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and there is a convenience store nearby, making it the perfect hotel for people who just want a good night's sleep.No problem for 3000 yen per night (500 yen extra for parking)!

Close to the station, the room is spacious. Shower water pressure was low probably due to underground water. In the winter, you can use hot water, but it will run dry midway. Walls are thin. Refrigerator and tissues are shared. No cleaning for consecutive nights. Accommodation costs are cheap.

If you are close to the station and don't have to worry about anything, the cost performance is also great. You cannot leave your luggage at the front desk and go somewhere before check-in time. There are also few lockers in front of the station. Since there is no internet cafe, I have a lot of time to spare on the bus that arrives early in the morning. A town with no place to take a nap!

I used it on a business trip. The location was very good, just a few minutes from Iyo Saijo Station. There was no food available, but there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The only disappointing thing was that the sounds from the room next door and from the hallway leaked through, so I had to be careful when talking on the phone in the room. However, the price was also perfect as it was less than half the price of the others.

Accommodation fee: 3000 yen. No cleaning. Shared refrigerator. The walls are thin so you can hear loud noises. Close to the station and convenience store. No TV BS or anything else.

If you want to stay cheaply in Saijo, this is the place.However, it's cheap, but I use it when I don't have tissues in the room and I just want to stay the night.Also, the parking lot in front of the hotel is small, so it seems that there is another parking lot a little further away, so if you are unsure, you may want to ask the front desk.
