R6.10 First visit to Arima Onsen ♨️Choraku's entrance was clean, and the staff was very kind and gave me a good impression 😊The inside is clean and the room is also clean 🤩The baths at Kinsen, Ginsen, and the open-air bath had to be changed once before moving, but they were very spacious and the hot water was perfect ♨️Meals are served in the room 🍲Fill your stomach with delicious appetizers, matsutake mushrooms steamed in clay pots, shabu-shabu, etc.🈵It's quite far for Saitama residents, but if I have a chance, I'd like to come back to the hot springs ♨️The reason for the location being ⭐️ is that it is a little far from the downtown area... However, if you call us, we will pick you up so there is no problem 🚌It's the best inn⭐️

For use on family trips.The overall impression is that it is a luxury inn.If you contact us, we will provide transportation from the nearest station.If you request, we also provide transportation to the Mt. Rokko cable car entrance.Most meals seem to be served in the room.Since I was traveling with a large number of people, I ate at a restaurant.It was a tatami room with a table and chair for each person, so it felt like we were enjoying our meal slowly and quietly rather than in a noisy atmosphere, which may have been a little lonely for me as a commoner.For those who are big eaters, the portion may not be enough.But above all, the hot springs are very good.The open-air bath, located a little further away, is quite spacious and comfortable, with natural light and forest bathing.Also, it's nice to see fresh flowers arranged at strategic points.It might be a good place to stay for an adult trip where you can relax and enjoy.

The garden seems to be well maintained, but the room furniture doesn't match the atmosphere and feels uncomfortable (especially the old kotatsu bedding and the smelly sofa bed). Overall, it's not maintained properly, so it's a waste of money.The open-air bath and sauna in the room are okay, and the food is decent, but the taste is so-so.I guess I had high expectations for the ryokan, though.Since I came here for the hot springs, the hot spring water is good, so I’m somewhat satisfied.

Everyone working at the inn treated us with great hospitality, and we had a very happy 1 night and 2 days there.This was my second time staying at Choraku, and I would definitely like to stay at Choraku again next time.

I worked there until recently and went there as a customer, but to be honest I'd rather not go there.I will describe eachFirst of all, the guest room annex is certainly beautiful, but the main building is far from what is shown on the website, with stains, cracks, and sliding doors that are difficult to open.When it comes to service, there are many men at the front desk who prioritize customers, but the women at Nakai have a bad attitude, they don't think of customers as customers, and they even have a bad attitude towards customers who are late. When we are late, it ends normallyThe location is near a convenience store and easy to find.

There seems to be a shortage of staff, but the employees at this inn (in charge of administration and human resources) don't seem to care about keeping people waiting. There was no apology to the person who had made them wait for a long time for a response, and they were kept waiting without any progress reports.With such a management system, it is only natural that there will be a shortage of manpower. Whether they are customers or employees, people will not gather around people who do not have the heart to value the people around them.

I visited the hot spring for a day trip with Kaiseki included.The baths are also very good, there are both Kinsen and Ginsen, and the open-air bath has a Ginsen jacuzzi, so I was able to relax very much. The kaiseki dishes I had for lunch were all delicious and I would like to come back again. The staff were also very kind. Thank you a lot for your hospitality.

The service in this annex with only 3 rooms was excellent.I was impressed by the hospitality.However, the customer service at the last checkout at the front desk was not good, so from the second time onwards I paid in my room.

416 Oimatsu @50,000 at GWGreat service.The rice is also delicious with the soup stock.They laid out two futons for me, and I was impressed by the fluffy mattresses.Even in expensive hotels, the rice cracker futons are often disappointing, but the futons here were the best. The bed is also incredibly comfortable.A little far from the hot spring town.There are no convenience stores or vending machines.The embroidered towels were also of good quality.The large public bath is also clean. There's also a Dyson hair dryer.

Although it is a high-class inn, the wait staff, the waiters, are not well-trained. The way the rice and miso soup were served was poor, it took a long time to get both, and the place was completely inappropriate (maybe because it's Kansai?).

Generally, satisfied. It wasn’t a 5-star experience but still got very good service. The food was good, nothing to complain about. Wish they had food service that you don’t have to reserve ahead of time, but they have a free shuttle that will take you to/from town. The rooms were as expected. Had a nice mountain view. I picked this place in part because they have a private bath that you can book for a fee, which is great for couples, and much cheaper than a room with a private onsen. The private onsen had both types of bath water and a nice view. First time at Arima Onsen, so can’t compare to other places in the area.
