It's close to Matsuyama Station, so it's recommended if you're just staying the night.The only nearby convenience store is at Matsuyama Station, and when that closes, the only way to get food is at a 10-minute walk.Expectations are high for redevelopment around Matsuyama Station.

I was looking for a cheap hotel to go to other places via Matsuyama! I thought from other reviews that there were only Japanese-style rooms, but there was a Western-style single room! ! Just pay 4950 yen at the reception. Yassui ❗️ There is a bath and toilet ❗️ Shampoo, body soap, tooth brushing set, and hair dryer were also provided. It's old, but it feels clean. I don't really mind that it's narrow. However, it was noisy when other guests were talking in the hallway. A group of female customers came. I'm a woman too, so I'm a little relieved! I'm staying without meals, but there are many restaurants nearby so it's okay ♥

I stayed here for several nights on a trip to Matsuyama. The room is a Japanese-style room, which is large enough for a solo traveler, the lighting is bright, and you can smoke.The toilet and sink are shared, but it's close to the station, has Wi-Fi, and is cheap, so it's okay. The baths are on different floors, so if you're two people, it might be a good idea to stagger your bath times. There is a super public bath nearby, so I went there both days after dinner.

It was used as a base for watching sports and sightseeing during Golden Week in April 2024.This business hotel is located a 1-minute walk from JR Matsuyama Station. This time I stayed in a Western-style room.When checking in, detailed rules were explained (such as leaving the room between 10am and 3pm even if you were staying multiple nights), so it took quite some time.Although the building is old, it is kept fairly well-maintained. However, there was a small mold growing in the bathroom, so I refrained from soaking in the bathtub.The room is quite small, but it doesn't feel oppressive. I was more concerned about the inconvenience than the narrowness.It would be nice if there was an outlet on the side table or bedside, even if it was small. I'm glad I brought an extension cord.The bed was a semi-double, but it wasn't a cramped space even for two people to lie down.Amenities include conditioner shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, and razor.Shower water pressure is ◎, drainage is △. The shower took quite a while for the water to heat up.I could hear guests' voices and footprints very clearly from the hallway, so sounds from the rooms may have leaked in as well. The noise from the next room didn't bother me.Wi-Fi is hopelessly unreliable, so be careful.The advantage of this place is the good location. There are plenty of options such as JR, trams, and local buses, making it convenient to go anywhere. It was very convenient as there were convenience stores, restaurants, 100 yen shops, and a super public bath within walking distance.And best of all, the price is reasonable. I am very grateful for the 3,000 yen per person price during Golden Week.Payment is by cash only. I think it's a great place to stay as a base for sightseeing, but if you just want to sleep, it's a great place to stay.

The hotel is a little old, but it's just a minute's walk from Matsuyama Station, so it's a good enough place to stay if you're just staying there.
