First the room came in quite dirty condition, lots of dust on the floor and dirty glasses & heater. The bathroom has cockroaches & smells. The door lock is old school, as visitors feel less safe. It also can't be used for TV

In terms of friendly service, I was just a little disappointed with the room, asked for no smoking but the room still smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom too, when I entered the room it was dusty, dirty, the cupboard, God willing, there were lots of mosquitoes too, I was given a twin bed even though I asked for it as a special request. with a double bed because I brought a child, because I didn't think it would be free, so I asked the receptionist, but it's okay to move rooms and add more, the important thing is that it's comfortable, but the receptionist said there are only a few rooms with double beds. Yes, Al said I added more. extra bed...and the worst thing about staying at this hotel is that there is no restaurant so if you want to have lunch or dinner you have to look for it yourself so it gets more complicated and annoying. I asked the receptionist if there was a laundry service, the female receptionist said no Yes, yes, but when I saw that there were other rooms, in my heart I told us there weren't any, so instead of having to worry about breakfast, I asked the person in charge of breakfast, he said, how come the laundry service is so annoying, this is the receptionist... Plus, what makes me annoyed is that the water heater in the bathroom doesn't work... I don't really like it, I just go to Augusta Garut, which is different from the Augusta branch in Bandung and Lembang. Please pay more attention, because it's actually strategic, close to everywhere. Yes, please improve the service and facilities, okay? Thank you...

The hotel is not cheap, the terrace door doesn't have a handle, the bathroom is old school, the sheets have lots of stains, there is no restaurant, the swimming pool is used by outside groups, guests don't get in, the location is remote, looking for food using Gofood, management must review the price again.

This is probably one of the good hotels in Garut. Actually it's comfortable, it just needs better maintenance and service. Especially in the room. Cleanliness requires attention and care in cleaning several things such as towels, coffee cups, mattresses, water heaters. Maybe because there are rarely visitors. In fact, the view is okay, the hot water is okay, the breakfast is not bad.

In my opinion, with such an expensive price, the room was not clean, it smelled when it arrived there were cockroaches, (noisy) at breakfast without meat, I wanted to run out of eggs even though it was only 8 in the morning, I wanted to swim instead there were dozens of students practicing, hadeuhhhh, this is the first time I found a hotel high price, 0% quality, it says breakfast is from 7-9 only, but in fact the voucher says it is until 10!

I will never stay at this hotel again. It's such a dirty place, from the lobby to the rooms. Imagine having to sleep in a room that smells like fish, and the bathroom is equally unpleasant. Even my pregnant wife felt that something was wrong here, just like I did, as if something surrounded us because of this bad environment.
