I chose this hotel because of its high reviews, but of all the accommodations I've stayed at, I haven't found it to be this bad.I don't know about the other rooms, but the room my family was shown to was not one that could accommodate a person.It was the first time that all of us wanted to leave early instead of staying overnight if there was space available at another hotel.In addition to the fatal flaws in the room, there were some areas where the service was not as good as it should be for a reasonable price range.・No bath towels・Toilet mat and bath mat are shared・There are many dead insects due to poor cleaning.・There is no lighting at night, making it dangerous to step on.If you look at the places where many people gave high ratings, it might just be that they missed out on the room gacha.Please be careful when making nominations.The surrounding environment, dog run, and food were average.I'm really disappointed because I was looking forward to this trip.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay.The room is spacious and clean, and the bath, toilet, and sink may be larger than a normal house!?The food is delicious, and the owner and his wife are friendly people.There is also a dog run, perfect for bringing your dog.

This is a pension where you and your dog can spend time together with your family. It's a comfortable room in a quiet villa area where you can relax and spend time, but when I took a bath, no water from the shower flowed down the drain and water pooled in the bathroom. I had no choice but to check the drain, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, so it was completely clogged. I ended up having to clean the drain myself. Also, when my dog crawled under the bed, he came out covered in dust. It's a shame because the visible areas seemed to be cleaned and clean. The meal was plentiful and delicious.

It was my first time using it. First of all, the room is dark. There was no sense of cleanliness and the bathroom was full of mold. The food was not good either. It's quite expensive though. I won't go there again. It was nice to have a large refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I love Mt. Asama and visit Kita Karuizawa often, and this pension offers the most comfortable stay among the many accommodations that allow pets.It doesn't seem to be open all year round now, but I would like to visit again with my family (and my dog) from time to time.

The guest room was in a separate building and was large with a kitchen attached. It was difficult to use the bath and toilet as they were the same.All the dishes are lined up and then called, it's Western food.
