An inn and bar made from a DIY old folk house. I was able to learn about the story of how this place was created through the pamphlets placed in the common space. By experiencing the process of turning an owner's thoughts and dreams into reality, you might be able to think of something you can do in your current location. I felt very inspired. The good old retro things have been updated with the owner's taste, and it was a space that really drew me in. The shower and toilet were clean and comfortable.

Used in November 2022. I used it when I went touring from Chiba to Shikoku for a month before starting my next job.The female owner was very friendly and took great care of us.I was able to put my bike in a shed right next to the accommodation building, and they locked it at night, so I was very grateful that I didn't have to take down all my heavy touring bags containing camping gear.As for the room, there is only a space separated by a capsule hotel-style curtain, but it is enough space for one man.Since it has only been open for a short time, everything is clean and tidy, including the rooms, toilets (with washlets), and water fountains.There are almost no accommodations in the area, so I would like to use this conveniently when traveling to Shikoku again.

I lowered my rating a little because it's difficult to get to without a car, but it's a recommended facility for those who have a car. The main house and dormitory can be used as two rooms, so you can stay with peace of mind even with children. It's also a fun facility to talk to the owner who runs the bar. I will definitely stay again!

The four of us spent one night in entohouse. The house is very comfortable and has a kitchen where you can cook dinner and breakfast. The hostess is very kind, speaks good English, and has no problem communicating. I recommend her to everyone.

I've used the bar before. During the conversation, I felt that she was very flirtatious, which made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe they can get by because there is no competition in the countryside, but I would like them to have some dignity as well.

Superb place to stay in Shikoku.If you are already experienced with Japan/speak Japabese and now exploring the smaller places you will enjoy how lively it is but still having the small town vibe and charm and friendly locals.If you have not been to Japan before you will like that the friendly staff speaks *perfect* English.It's a great place with a good vibe, and despite being a 'simple' guesthouse the beds was the most comfortable one I stayed in in Japan so far! Better than the expensive hotel in Tokyo 😂I chose it randomly but I'm glad I did

What a fabulous place!! It was renovated in 2021 by the owners, in the most sensitive, tasteful and beautiful way possible. Over the last year we've stayed in lots of traditional Japanese houses on trips out of Tokyo but this place really stands out. There's everything you could possibly need in the house and we had by far the best night's sleep of our holiday.Leina is an amazing host, she speaks perfect English but also allowed us to practise our basic bits of Japanese too 😅She cooked us excellent little plates of octopus, chicken, pickles, super pizza... We recommend you try as many if the plates as you can eat! Plus you can order pretty much any drink you can imagine as the bar is incredibly well stocked. The locals at the bar were all so lovely and friendly too :-)We only wish we could have stayed a second night!!

We stayed at Entohouse for 1 night, we wish it was more. This place is amazing, There were 5 of us that stayed in the house and there was more room than we needed with all the amenities you could ask for.The house is very clean and tidy, the food was fantastic, and the location is perfect.Leina was our host for the night, cannot thank her enough for her effort and the great food she provided, we had a mixed Japanese and Australian group but she can speak Japanese and English so that was perfect for everyone.We all agreed we will come back again for another visit.Would highly recommend this place for travelers off the normal tourist path.
