TOBE Auberge Resort is an auberge located in Tobe Town, Ehime. It is located on the banks of Toriya Pond, 30 minutes by car from Matsuyama city. Cherry blossoms are planted surrounding the building, and there is a fountain in the pond in front of the restaurant, giving it a nice view. The dishes are locally produced for local consumption, almost all of the vegetables are from their own garden, and the fish is also purchased from the charismatic fisherman Junichi Fujimoto. The vessels are of course Tobe ware. The breakfast concept remains the same. Mandarin oranges are also used in dressings and desserts to recreate the terroir. Good breakfast croissant.

This was my first visit to Ehime Prefecture, both from Tokyo and from overseas. This is a place that is full of charm.Everything from the staff to the plates and ingredients was made in Ehime Prefecture, and I had a mesmerizing time just being there.Dinner requires the ability to utilize the ingredients themselves, and this French-based work makes sense. If you are particular about the intensity of the flavor, if you like something strong, there are restaurants around where you can enjoy it. I was impressed by the emphasis on thinness, considering the balance with the material. As for the drinks, we had pairings, and each one had a story and was wonderful.To be honest, I have enjoyed the most exquisite hospitality spaces in various places both domestically and internationally, but I can confidently say that the time I spent here was first class.It seems that the royal family has visited in the past and been pleased with it, and you can fully confirm its quality by staying there.I think it will continue to make a name for itself, and I would like to quietly watch over it. I'll visit you again.Thank you to everyone who took care of me.

The drainage in the bathroom was poor and the floor was soaked.It was the worst because it also served as a washroom.Many of the staff were young and not attentive.The atmosphere of the room and facilities is very nice, but the food is not delicious and is not worth the price at all.I like the bland taste, but this one is just bland and not delicious.I was once invited to a wedding here, but the food was not delicious.The bright chapel had a nice atmosphere.

I stayed in a villa and the hospitality was excellent.There was no TV in the room, but when I told the staff, they brought one for me.(Basically, the TV may have been put aside to enjoy the scenery and this atmosphere. You can do a digital detox.)As for the amenities, the shampoo and soap were from L'Occitane 👏( 'ω' )The rooms are spacious and well-cleaned.All the food is delicious and makes me feel very happy.❤︎The staff's attentiveness is also wonderful. (The message that was gently attached to the dinner was also wonderful.)This is also a hotel where couples would like to stay on their special day.

I stayed in a 2-room villa with my family.The spacious and comfortable room was surrounded by trees and we had a very relaxing stay.The food is also very good, and although I have stayed at many auberges in other prefectures, this auberge is one that I highly recommend you to visit.Also, the staff were very helpful. Both on the phone and after arriving at the inn, I often asked questions about the meals and the room, and each time I received a polite and friendly response, and it was easy to communicate with them, which was very helpful. Ta.My daughter really liked the macarons after her meal and always says she wants to eat them again. I want to eat it too...

The scenery was very nice, but the food was very average.I don't think it's worth the price.There is a chair on the terrace where you can lie down, but there was black mold growing on it so I didn't feel like sitting on it.It seems that people are supposed to wear towels, but if I was going to pay this price, I would like them to keep it clean.

This is a very good inn that we keep coming back to!As you enter from the national highway, you will see a stylish exterior in the middle of the forest.The architect seems to be a local architect, and I really like the beautiful design.The interior is based on black, and the scenery is beautiful, so if you're thinking about using it, you should check it out at least once!Also, although most of the staff members are young, they all seem to be from the area and provide a pleasant service. The room is made of wood and has a nice wood smell. The view of the beautiful lake from the semi-open air is amazing!The food is just as good as it is at Auberge. First of all, the dishes are all Tobe ware, but the presentation is very beautiful and the taste is delicious.I will be using this again.

I used it for a proposal.I had reserved the chapel, a bouquet, and dinner for more than a month in advance.I'm a nervous person, so even after making the reservation, I called twice to confirm the date and ask about the budget, but the young male staff member who answered the phone wasn't very responsive.Also, after I proposed in a chapel that I had paid approximately 40,000 yen for, I asked a young male staff member to take a photo with me, and he acted very unpleasant towards me. I was rushed as if telling me to leave quickly, and to be honest, I didn't think this was going to happen. To be honest, the photos I saw when I got home were so disgusting that I didn't even think to post them on Instagram.By the way, while we were taking photos ourselves, I suddenly turned to look at the male staff member and saw that he was playing a game on his personal smartphone, which I thought was impossible.Also, while having dinner, a young male staff member had a long conversation with the customer next to him, which really disrupted the atmosphere, and I didn't think the food itself was delicious.In addition, I could hear a young male staff member giving instructions to an older female staff member over the intercom, but the language was bad and I didn't feel like it was a good thing.No receipts were issued, and accounting was not clear at all.Without a doubt, we will never hold a ceremony here.
