After entering the river, I used it for a day trip bath.Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath had a nice atmosphere and were very nice.

An inn at Shiriyaki Onsen. The annex is new and very clean and has an indoor bath. There is a communal bath and an open-air bath, but there are too many horse flies in the summer so you can't use them. The quality of the food is very high, and the staff is very friendly.

Altitude 1800 at Manza Prince HotelAfter enjoying M's hot springs, French course, and wine, I switched to Japanese and chose this one. In short, I'm very satisfied with everything! ! The calm Japanese interior and exterior, the mountain villa's logotype written by Tsurutaro Kataoka, paintings and calligraphy works, and simple and elegant flower arrangements and Japanese painting hanging scrolls placed here and there. A hot spring that feels good on your skin, with clear streams, trees, and the sky as your canvas. There is one spot inside the hot springs that looks like a reclining stone bed next to the handrail, which is the best place to look at the night sky. You are lucky to have found this spot. Incidentally, there are two places where men and women are swapped, and only one of them is available. Dinner is an elegant kaiseki meal that starts with appetizers. Wine seems to be recommended on the menu, but tonight I chose local sake. I enjoyed it for a relaxing 2 hours. Not to mention the breakfast. It was a good accommodation full of hospitality.

It was a wonderful location amidst nature.The staff were friendly, the hot springs were of good quality, and the food was delicious.I understand why you can't make reservations!Although I was with my elderly parents, I was able to spend a very relaxing time there.I would like to visit in winter next time.

The hard work of the staff and the dedication of the landlady are both amazing.This is Japan's "quiet and modest hospitality that leaves a lasting impression on your heart."5 minutes walk to the riverside hot springsI prepared to easily change into a swimsuit, grabbed an umbrella to hide my clothes, and headed to the riverbank. (To hide from large kappa and crocodiles)The landlady and staff greeted us politely and brightly every time we walked in and out of the front door, and every time we passed each other.The food is delicious with elegant seasoning.Even though we declined the final farewell, the landlady waved at us until we turned the corner.2024 5 14

We were able to spend an extraordinary time in a wonderful location surrounded by nature.The open-air bath overlooking the river had a sense of openness and was so comfortable that I ended up bathing in it many times.Also, when I got out of the bath, I felt really warm.The food was very delicious, and the presentation was particularly elaborate, making it a feast for the eyes.The room was clean and the view from the window was wonderful and relaxing.I stayed there about three years ago,It was pretty much the same as it was back then.

2024/8I have stayed here several times over the past 5 years.The location is good and the food is delicious, so I think it's a wonderful inn that you'll want to come back to regularly.However, some of the dinner menus were different from before, and some had been changed to Western-style dishes.In particular, the food with the markings in the attached photo had a weak taste and was honestly not tasty.All of the ingredients are wonderful, so I personally wish they would go back to the previous Japanese-based menu.Also, the family bath that I used to use was gone. I guess there were various reasons, but it was a shame because I was looking forward to going to the hot springs with my family.Hoshigaoka Sanso is a wonderful inn and I would like to stay there for a long time, so I thought it would be an even better inn if the above two points were improved.

It's a super popular inn that rarely gets reservations, and it wasn't until I stayed there that I understood why it had such an incredibly high rating.The rooms at the inn were originally an old mountain lodge, so they are a bit worn out, but they have been thoroughly cleaned and renovated and are in a great condition.As for the baths, there are indoor baths with a nice atmosphere and gentle Shiriyaki spring quality, and open-air baths where you can fully enjoy the nature deep in the mountains of Gunma! To be honest, when I was looking at the open-air bath, I couldn't help but think, "To be honest, they just put the bathtub outside...", but the quality of the open-air bath here is outstanding. If you like hot springs, this is a place you should definitely enjoy.And cooking! I knew that the vegetables grown near Iriyama, where this restaurant is located, were delicious, and the synergistic effect of exquisite preparation that brings out the best of the ingredients transforms the vegetable dishes into exquisite feasts. You can enjoy an exquisite experience that cannot be enjoyed with standard hotel cuisine.Overall, it's an inn I'd like to stay at again and again as long as I can make a reservation. I would definitely like to visit this detached room, which has been featured on YouTube and received rave reviews.
