In October, I stayed at the main building detached Kanune.Good point⭕️Beautifully appointed rooms (quiet even at night)Installation of massage chairA restaurant with a calm atmosphere (private or semi-private rooms are better)Breakfast menu contentsPoints I would like to improve❌Temperature control of room bath (too high temperature)dryer qualityUse of common slippers and sandalsDinner menu contentsOverall, I was pretty satisfied, but my only regret was that I wasn't able to relax in the bath in the room. The accommodation booklet said to ask the staff if the temperature didn't feel right, but I was too careful. (It was hot even when the water was fully turned on)The staff's response and service were polite and good.Thank you very much for your help. thank you very much. If I have a chance, I will visit again.

The rooms and room baths are so great!I've been there many times, and every time I've been there, it's always a clean and comfortable space, and the bath in the room is especially relaxing. I am able to slowly relieve my fatigue and look forward to it every time. However, when it comes to cooking, I've started to have some concerns.I feel like the quality is decreasing little by little. For example, the green onions in the sukiyaki were replaced with bean sprouts, and the amount of vegetables in the shabu-shabu seemed to have decreased slightly. The carpaccio was gone and came with the appetizer and was a bit watery. The service is attentive and the food is delicious, but as a regular visitor who frequently visits, I would be happy if there were a little more variety and innovation in the menu. However, overall I am very satisfied and would like to continue visiting regularly.

This is an inn that I would definitely like to stay again. The inn was renovated from an old inn along the highway, so each room is like an old folk house. However, it was very clean and I didn't notice the usual smell at all. The best part was the food, the homemade vegetables were very delicious, and the bagna cauda sauce and dressing were also homemade and tasted really good. I think the price is very reasonable as it's about 30,000 yen for a luxury inn.The surrounding area is not particularly scenic, so I think it would be a good idea to combine your visit with cherry picking or apple picking in Gunma.I want to stay the night after playing golf.

Stayed at the newly renovated (?) Kaede.Apparently, two rooms were converted into one room. There are many places where I couldn't erase the "?" marks on the floor plan.We were staying for two people, but the floor plan was too spacious. (There are too many divisions, so it doesn't feel spacious.)Isn't the sofa in the living room too small? The view from the room is pitch black at night, but when it gets bright, the view is unremarkable and tasteless. The rug placed between the boards connecting the changing room to the bathroom in the room was thin and slippery, making it extremely dangerous. Both of them almost fell over. The bath in the room was a good size, but the water pressure (water volume?) in the shower was extremely weak.It can't be helped if it gets weaker if two people use it at the same time, but even if one person uses it, it just slows down.It is also difficult to wash away the shampoo foam and the foam that washes your body.Meals for both dinner and breakfast started all at once, with no choice of time.Contrary to the restriction of not being able to choose the time of day, the food served doesn't feel freshly prepared, and everything on the menu feels half-baked, and the main dishes don't stand out.The steak, which is probably the main course, is also...huh! ? This meat? ? ?Now I feel like I've seen the bottom of this inn.The meat is completely different from the meat offered at nearby inns. The breakfast was also very average, hard to describe. My companion said that he felt sick to his stomach.Personally, I don't like the style of walking barefoot between the boards in a restaurant. The parking lots are scattered, with only a small number of parking spaces in each lot, and the flow of traffic to other parking lots is also poor. When I checked in at the front desk, I had a bad feeling when I was told that "meal times cannot be chosen," "breakfast is only available for one hour," and "punctuality is required."I was confused by the vague explanation about the size of the yukata.Regarding the late check-out plan at 12:00, they said, ``Pay by 10:00.'' . .In any case, I was not satisfied with the price.Since I love Sarugakyo Onsen, I guess this is my revenge for being unfaithful to the inn.It won't be here again.

I wonder how many times I've stayed there already. When I first went there, the current special room in the main building didn't exist yet, and it was just a former tennis court. This was probably about 13 years ago. About once or twice a year. Nowadays, it has wonderful special rooms and has been renovated several times to create an even more wonderful and comfortable atmosphere. And the food is as delicious as ever. See it with your eyes and say it. I'm satisfied. I will continue to go!

I had some time off and wanted to go to a hot spring for the first time in a while, so I went to Maruichi, which had good reviews, for two nights and three days. The food was delicious and the hot springs were nice.It seems that the hotel was fully booked for both nights, but I was able to use the private bath whenever I went. The specially ordered Joshu beef sirloin was also delicious!Thank you for accepting Tokyo residents during this coronavirus pandemic. The only complaint I have is that I informed them that it was my husband's birthday and asked for a birthday cake, but the sponge cake was not delicious. The dessert prepared by Maruichi was better. However, there is no wish for a happy birthday. The tatami mats in the back room were damp and smelled a bit musty.I guess that's the problem.

The hotel grounds have an atmosphere that makes you feel like you've traveled back in time to the Edo period, and the name Hatagoya fits perfectly. Chic white and dark brown interior. The bedroom window looked like a picture frame and looked impressive with green trees. The bedroom has a low bed, TV, USB power supply and outlet near the bedside, and a high ceiling with visible beams, giving it an open feel. The living room had a TV, sofa, refrigerator that was a little large for a hotel, drip coffee, organic tea, hojicha, green tea, and pots of water and ice water. Due to the location, we also have insecticide sets. Especially at night, light attracts insects, so be careful not to enter your room. There were two bath towels for each person, a colored yukata for the ladies, a hair dryer made by MONSTER, shampoos in the bathroom from Jereme, and several types of hotel original body soaps. The bathroom has hot spring water flowing 24 hours a day. It was a little hot. The large public bath has one indoor bath and one outdoor bath. I think the shampoos in the public bath were from Kracie. The food was made with local ingredients, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The seasoning was just right, not too strong or too weak, and I was full every night and every morning. All the staff are very nice and their response is excellent. On a very hot day in Tokyo, I was surprised to be able to turn off the air conditioner and sleep under a duvet at night, just a two-hour drive away. Also, I was able to see fireflies for the first time in my life near Jomo Kogen Station, which takes less than 30 minutes by car, and I was very impressed! (From mid-June to mid-July) If I have another chance, I would like to visit again.

I felt that the number of employees was small.Especially after checking in, I didn't know where my room was, there were no employees to talk to, and I was very tired of having to go back and forth with heavy luggage. The terrain doesn't allow the use of carts, so I would have liked someone to carry my luggage and show me around the room. Also, the yukata comes in a variety of patterns and is cute, but I feel like the colors are a little too faded.I was scared to go back and forth in a yukata and geta in that poor footing, and it felt cold and dangerous. The inn has a nice atmosphere, so I thought it would be nice to have some original loungewear.Although there are few employees, the rooms are never poorly cleaned. The room was impeccably clean and beautiful. There were stink bugs, but I guess it can't be helped since it's in nature. The bed is comfortable. The whole room has a nice atmosphere and the hot springs are great. And best of all, the food is delicious. The presentation was beautiful and every bite was delicious.I was able to greet a very nice and cool chef. The breakfast was delicious, and I don't think there are many hotels where you can have such an elaborate breakfast.
