The hotel itself was good, and the hotel employees and other people at the front desk at the bathroom were very kind.I was satisfied, but the staff at the morning buffet were terrible, staring at the customers.I wonder if he's really frustrated that he kept saying bad things so that the customers could hear him? The chubby old woman, the long-haired woman, and the middle-aged man wearing glasses were really cruel, and I was surprised at how many of them could say bad things about each other. (I started talking with three good adults as if they were idiots for saying bad things about the customers so loudly)At the end, he said, "I'll give you the chopsticks, so you don't have to throw away the trash." When I put them on the stand, he said in an audible way, "Don't throw away the disposable chopsticks either."I really wondered if that was happening at home. . .That's the only disappointing thing about Hana Hotel. If the employment system is bad and they are badmouthing customers, Hana Hotel may also have a problem with this employee's personality, but why not do something about it, such as listening to the employees' complaints so that they don't say it? ?Are you complaining because you are dissatisfied?
