We spent four nights there. The entire hotel is fully air-conditioned. The lobby with the breakfast area is underground, there is no natural light. Does it smell strange like harsh cleaning products? The breakfast is not varied but that doesn't matter because it is so delicious. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

From Rosarito, Mexico! The place is quiet, beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly, there are convenience stores very close (7/11) we arrived in the afternoon and all the time there is staff that speaks English, but if you try to use some words in Japanese is excellent for them. Recommended 10/10 definitely I would return. Thank you.

Does the room smell like age? It was so smelly that I sprinkled deodorant all over it, but it didn't get better. Is it because of the shower curtain? ?Unfortunately, there wasn't enough storage space to stay overnight, and there was no drinking water service. The refrigerator was small and I had to lay down a 500ml plastic bottle to put it in.It's nice to be close to restaurants and convenience stores if you walk a little, but it's a little far to walk to the station with your luggage. The high point was that the washing machine was clean with a code code.It was a hassle to have to pass by the front desk in the basement every time I went out (using two elevators). An old lady who had boarded the elevator on the way home got off first and started checking out at the front desk, but she kept asking the female staff if she could call a taxi, and the staff also told her that there was someone waiting in the back. I couldn't have noticed it, but I was kept waiting for so long, which was quite frustrating.

I went on a trip alone (this was my first spring). It's a short trip, but the size and Wi-Fi speed are sufficient for single use (Wi-Fi is common in the building). There are 5 outlets and it is clean and quiet.I can only hear some noise from the hallway, but it doesn't matter since I'm moving anyway.I heard there was a weak earthquake, but I didn't feel it because I was dull. The bathroom is clean, but the bidet water comes out too spread out, which is a bit inconvenient;;Maybe it's because it's summer, but the water wasn't completely cold, but it doesn't matter because my house is the same.Washing is good, warm water comes out well. The service is good as towels are changed every day and you can bring any excess to the lobby.I didn't see if it was a 24-hour front desk, but they checked in early in the morning. It seems like they take turns guarding it.(They say hello every time I pass by, but I acknowledge it even if I'm blacklisted haha)There is a massage service, but I haven't used it so I don't know what it's like. It's a very good place to use alone.I don't know because I haven't been to other places, but in the lobby, you can reserve a room like a kiosk, which is amazing (5 languages available)There is someone who can speak English, so even if I speak roughly, he understands everything. The location is also close to Tokyo Station (about 15 minutes), so I’m satisfied. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I walked around, looked around, and ate.If you go straight up, you'll reach Akihabara, so there's a lot to see.Have a healthy trip everyone, and thank you for making my first memory a satisfying trip.

There were no vending machines in the building due to construction. I couldn't find a convenience store nearby, so I was in trouble at night. Everything else was good, so I felt like it was a bit of a waste.
