Vikings are terrible. It is better to refer to the negative reviews rather than the high reviews. The kids who were full of food didn't eat much. There was nothing delicious until the dessert.Customers who came with friends were telling each other, ``This is really bad, so you shouldn't eat it.''Flies buzz around the dining hall, eating the food they have brought over and over again.Hygiene is also questionable. When I returned to the room, the futon had been spread out, but the used, crumpled sheets had fallen by the entrance. I guess I forgot to collect it.At first glance, the room looked spacious and clean, but the toilet water area was smelly. The smell of sewage.i feel sick. The bath was nice. But it's so hot that I can't bring my kids in with me. There were quite a few other kids who couldn't get in because it was too hot.Free massage machines are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It's better to think that you can't use it because someone is always occupying it.

The room was spacious and clean, and the employees were courteous. I can't enjoy the scenery. Although it was a bit far to Yunotaki, I was glad that I was able to enjoy the atmosphere all the way there.

You made some very good memories!Changes to my reservation over the phone were handled smoothly, and the staff were very accommodating during my stay. The quality and quantity of both the kaiseki dinner and breakfast buffet are satisfying! ! Although the building shows its age, it was kept well-maintained. And a bath! ! I heard that it had been renovated, so I felt that it was worth coming to Kusatsu. Thank you for making our first mother-daughter trip so colorful.

No hot spring in the room. The public hot springs are large, but the open-air hot springs are small. Meals are average. I was full, but the food wasn't luxurious. There are a lot of people and it is noisy. Sakura Lounge was nice.
