This is a guesthouse near the trailhead of Mt. Okueyama (1644m). Dinner was delicious with wild vegetable dishes made with local ingredients, salt-grilled yamame trout, and game dishes. The next morning, as I had to leave early for climbing, they served me breakfast starting at 5am. Big thanks. I heard many stories about mountains. When I made the reservation, I was asked to arrive by 5pm. However, I was worried because the nearest hot spring, Bijin no Yu, only accepts admission until 5:30 pm. If you stay overnight, you will receive a free hot spring ticket. The onigiri lunch box we had for lunch on the mountain climb was also very thoughtful and we were very grateful to the aunt. Big thanks. It seems that Yoki Tanaka also stayed there. This is not a luxury facility.

Accommodation for mountaineers. If you're planning to climb Mt. Okure, I'd recommend this hotel. The landlady will also give you a detailed map of Mt. Okure that is exclusive to guests. It was actually quite helpful. The food is wonderful with plenty of side dishes. The downside is that the building is in disrepair. On the first floor, you can hear the sound of the stream all the time, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In the first place, breakfast and dinner are included for 6,000 yen, so there's no way you'll be satisfied with everything.By the way, it is not open during winter or midsummer. She said it was impossible because there weren't many customers and the landlady was busy with her day job.

I used it the night before climbing Mt. Okure. Since we arrived at 6:00 pm, we couldn't use the bathing ticket for Ikikogawa Onsen that day (last entry was at 5:30 pm), but we were able to use it after descending the mountain the next day. Dinner was boar soup, wild vegetables, and fried Mexicali. It was very delicious. Is he the landlady's son? The young host's talk about Mt. Okure was very informative and we had a great time. I had a good night's sleep, and the next day I left early, so breakfast was prepared for me at 5:30, and a hiking lunch was prepared for me. I was grateful for the kindness of the landlady and the host. This is a good accommodation that I would recommend to everyone.

The landlady is kind to climbers. It's 6,000 yen per night, but they give you a ticket to the beauty bath, so it's actually 5,500 yen. Breakfast will be prepared in time for your departure, and a boxed lunch will be provided as a service. Please feel free to use it. Recommended. ♨️ will not let you in after 5:30. Be punctual.

A guesthouse with many mountain climbers. An old lady who loves mountains runs it all by herself. There is no bath, but they will give you a ticket to the nearby Yukikogawa Onsen.A reasonable price of 6,000 yen including two meals. The dishes are simple dishes made with local ingredients, but the portions are so large that you won't be able to finish them all. As the night falls while talking about the mountains with a friendly lady, you can fall asleep while listening to the murmuring of the Ikuko River. It's a nice inn, and it's close to Mt. Okure, so it's convenient for mountain climbing.

We parked two cars in the parking lot of Okure no Chaya and climbed the mountain to Falling Waterfall with two cars. Thank you very much. This day was a day off.The parking lot on the way to Falling Waterfall is in disrepair and can only be accessed with a 4WD vehicle.
