Location right in front of Yubatake💯💮🙆💯! I think it's about a 1 minute walk from the entrance to Yubatake. There are various reviews that say the rooms are dirty and the service is poor, but if that's the case, I'd rather stay at a higher-end hotel or inn.What do you think? I would like people to stop posting merely hateful reviews. How reliable are you looking for service?It was a great plan with yukata service, newbie service, and check-out at 1:00 pm, so I was able to fully enjoy Kusatsu Onsen.We had a buffet of food in the morning and evening, which was amazing🙆👌 All of the dishes used a lot of meat and vegetables from Gunma Prefecture. Sukiyaki for dinner was very delicious. Personally, I love cherry tomatoes🍅 and I'm satisfied with how cold they are. The tempura was fried right in front of us and it was very delicious. There are many menus and this is the best buffet I have ever eaten!! ️Breakfast 🍞French toast was also flavorful and delicious.The way the food was served was good and I enjoyed eating it. The building is old, but it was nice because it seemed like a hot spring resort. You can also take a bath at hotels in the same group. There is also a shuttle bus, which is convenient. It's also good that there are various plans. The Kusatsu Onsen Ryokan this time was really great👍 and the bath was great.Thank you to the hotel staff for providing us with an enjoyable trip.Thank you very much. I would like to use this hotel again next time!I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo of the hotel!

When I closed the curtains on the window in my room, the ready-made curtains were not wide enough to fit the width of the window, and for some reason there was only one chair on the table by the window. I didn't have high expectations after seeing the reviews on a travel booking site, but it was less than that.Are the toilets and washrooms properly cleaned? That's the impression.The bath towels were all worn out and fluffy, and the tatami mats were fluffy, too.I didn't take any photos because they were gross, but I wanted to show them to you.As for the hot springs, the floor of the bathhouse was probably meant to hide the peeling tiles, but there were things like vinyl drainboards scattered all over the place, the foot wiping mat was drenched, there were trash cans piled up even though it was a morning bath, and there was a mess in the changing room. There was no sense of cleanliness.The breakfast buffet venue was probably used as a banquet hall in the Showa era, but the stage was covered with a stained stage curtain, the buffet tableware was plastic, and the coffee was the same as the drink bars at cheap family restaurants and tasted bad. Ta. I felt sad in the morning and wanted to go home early.The review site says that they will be careful about responses from inns in the future, but it doesn't seem like they think so at all.I think this is an inn that has nothing to do with the word hospitality.

I went on a hot spring trip for the first time in several years due to the coronavirus, but the room where I could stay with my dog was dirty and not well cleaned.Is this the price?I didn't want to go anymore!

My child was looking forward to the crab🦀 that was on the dinner plan menu, but when dinner was served,I don't have crab🦀 today, so I'd like crab gratin (a frozen food from the supermarket, apparently)....Even though the kids were looking forward to it, everyone was disappointed. I'll never forget the shocked look on my child's face!I think it would be nice if you could let us know at check-in.That was 10 years ago, so it's nice to see it now⤵️

I'm surprised that there are so many negative reviews...It's right in front of Yubatake, so it's great that you can see it as soon as you leave. The hotel I previously stayed at was about a 10 minute walk away, so this point alone is highly rated.The staff's response was great, and coincidentally it was the same staff from check-in to check-out. (Mr. Kamishima from 🔰.)Even though I had checked out, I was very happy that he was kind enough to leave my luggage for me if I wanted to take a walk. This consideration alone made me want to stay at this hotel again.It was a top-notch buffet that was different from any other buffets I've had before, including dishes I wasn't expecting at first, such as Joshu beef sukiyaki, oven-roasted meat, and spare ribs, and I ended up going back for refills about three times.After eating, you can walk around the Yubatake field and hot spring town right in front of you, so it's a good way to get some exercise.I ate around and could only eat a small amount of dinner. Before you say that, the dinner time has already been decided, so all you have to do is count backwards.

This was my third time using the hotel and it was my first time staying there in a while.Honestly, there was something a little disappointing about this time.First, the first point. The woman named Sakamoto-san who helped us at check-in was very businesslike and didn't smile at all.I understand that the front desk staff has to give detailed explanations every time, and doing the same things over and over again can be difficult, but as a customer, I want to enjoy an unusual space, so I wanted them to serve customers with at least a smile.Also, the black woman who checked out (I didn't know her name) didn't smile and just spoke in a businesslike manner.The second point was that the breakfast and dinner times were set at check-in, so there was no choice.I wanted to eat dinner a little later because I had been eating a lot of different things, but I was disappointed that the time had already been set.I was halfway hungry from dinner, so I had some left over. I felt like I had lost something because the food was so lavish and delicious.Also, because I used a small solid fuel for shabu-shabu, the fire went out before I finished eating, and the meat ended up being a little undercooked (although it was fine because it was beef).Thirdly, the handles on the sliding doors in the room came off easily and I had to attach them every time I opened and closed them, and I was concerned about the creaking sound of the tatami mats in the room. (By the way, room 804)Fourth, the foot wipes in the public bath were soaking wet and not replaced regularly, making it feel unsanitary.The good news was that both dinner and breakfast were good in quantity and taste, and above all, the staff at the venue had great smiles and were very efficient.I've written a lot about this, but since the location is so good right in front of Yubatake, I feel like it would be a shame to let the quality drop due to human error.I would like to stay again next time, so I would appreciate it if you could make any improvements you can.
