VERY UNFRIENDLY SERVICE, after trekking the Cibeurem Waterfall until 12 o'clock, I asked for half an hour to check out, I couldn't and was insulted with very inappropriate words by the teacher or the hotel supervisor in the crew room, luxury or star hotel too. Is there still a check out time dispensation? Even though I also checked in late at 12 at night, the room facilities were also ordinary, the walls had a lot of moss on them, the bathroom door was a drag to open.

I thought I was the only one who felt horror here, but it turns out there are a lot of them too...In the middle of the night I dreamed of being strangled by a French noni who was in a painting in the room until I was suffocating when I woke up in the middle of the night, it was really scary, really... there was a painting that was scarier when I wanted to go up to the rooftop. the bathroom leaks from the upstairs bathroom, it only wins on the view.

Came here during Eid because it was too late to go home. Only staying here for an hour, the rest is a waste of fear that the child will have scary dreams, aka being rep-rep/suffocating until he's short of breath. The husband's legs and head were held by the guards, I swear it was a horror, making it difficult for those who wanted to rest quickly so they looked for a hotel again in the middle of the night. The suggestion is to just throw the painting away, bringing with it the ugly aura of the building. There is a painting in the middle of the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floors. It starts to get scary from there. It makes children think twice about their children having convulsions.

The old building is not well maintained, the front office is not friendly. Disadvantages: the water heater is dead, the bathroom ceiling is leaking, the curtains are really dirty, many of the lamp cables are not taken care of, the plug next to the mattress can't be used, it's a horror, the wifi doesn't work.Advantages: good view facing the mountain, cool air even though there is no air conditioning, strategic location

Ancur, if you are on a family holiday and have a baby, don't come here.There wasn't any hot water, there wasn't any to make milk, they were told to go out and buy it outside, it was dirty, the dry swimming pool wasn't used any more.The floor is damp, the walls are damp, the bathroom mat is really wet, the old paintings have a lot of horror nuances, there is no air conditioning.When we complained about the service problem and lack of rooms, we were told that we would just make room available, I swear I regret it, if I hadn't been stuck because everything around there was full because it was too late to book, I wouldn't have wanted to come here.What is reviewed in several booking places is not clear, everything is okay, even though it is not okay.STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Very disappointed, took the VIP room but it was really scary because there were lots of old paintings, there was an old dressing table too, there was no warm water, even though it was complete, only 1 soap, no toothbrush + toothpaste. Because it was already late at night, sweaty and rainy, I had to take a shower using super-duper cold water, MashaAllah.It was really scary, I'm not going to lie, just as I entered the room something fell on the dressing table but when I looked it wasn't there🤣As a result, the lights weren't turned off when sleeping, even though they were usually always turned off, and until morning I was still on duty.Of the many hotels I visited recently, this was really -0
