It took me around 7 minutes to get to this place.Anyway, the information board is difficult to understand.Even though there are no other facilities, what if there is no signboard?The room is a facility where families can stay.However, there are no accommodations around here, so I stayed here.There is also a cafe corner, but it's not open because it's just a decoration, and it looks like there are only chairs. Very disappointing.In any case, it seems like a disappointing facility.I'm sure it will change once it becomes private, it's just a concept.

I was very impressed to be able to see the sea of clouds from within the hotel grounds!The employees were very kind.The child was very happy.I think it's a good value for money hotel!

I went here for the onsen. There is one large bath that has a nice view of the Aso mountain range. The water was decent, too. The best thing about this onsen is that it exists out there. There aren't any other onsen options in that area, so I was grateful this place was there when I was feeling like a soak while out in a drive.

We went on an overnight trip with a group of 16 people. Soyokaze Park is the only place that provides a shuttle bus to Kumamoto city for groups of 15 or more, so I made a reservation early. For lunch, we ate a buffet at a restaurant that was not on site. Check-in was from 3 o'clock, but they took care of me and I was able to enter each room from 12:50, which was helpful. The banquet hall at night is the same as the banquet hall during the day.Because it was a restaurant building, we had to take a shuttle bus to pick us up. As for the food, the spiny lobster dish was very delicious. In the lobby, you could drink hot coffee for free and see Mt. Neko and Mt. Takadake from the terrace. I was able to eat breakfast on the second floor of the previous restaurant.

We stayed with 10 people including relatives on the first anniversary of my grandfather's death. We rented 3 rooms, 7 adults and 3 children. I've been to the Ma'am (buffet) below nearly 10 times, and the food and customer service are 5 stars! However, this is my first time using a hotel. It was the worst. The room was full of dust, the screen door had dead insects and bird feathers stuck to it, the toilet hadn't been cleaned or was left with pee from the person who had used it last time... the changing room at the hot spring was full of hair, and there were clumps of hair in the public bath. I'm completely disillusioned. I had no desire to enter a hot spring in such a place and immediately left. The changing room was very dirty and there were children there, so I cleaned it thoroughly. I've stayed at many different hotels in the past, but I was surprised that they didn't have futons. It's a shame that no matter how cheap the hotel I stayed in, I would have been given a futon. And the morning chopsticks set is set at 10pm. I was surprised that there was no cover to eat breakfast in the lobby. And above all, the customer service. It's already the worst. When I passed by an employee, there was no greeting, and when I glanced over, there was nothing. What kind of instruction are you receiving? I paid close to 130,000 yen for this stay. The buffet below was really good, so I went with high expectations, but it was the worst. I felt sorry because it was the first anniversary of my grandfather's death and I had some relatives I hadn't seen in a while. I regret paying 130,000 yen and wishing I had chosen another hotel. This is the level where I want my money back. The scenery was terrible, so something should really be done about it. It's a waste.
