I used it at the beginning of the year.It felt very homely.The inn was spacious inside and felt like I was staying at a relative's house.The rice is delicious too.The room also has a kotatsu,Even in Niigata, it wasn't cold.Everyone's personality was very nice.It's an inn I'd like to visit again.

It is a small guest house with excellent service. I stayed there for the night before the Spartan Race. When I arrived at the Echigo Yuzawa station and called them, they picked me up at the station to the guest house. Also, they took us to the race venue the following day with another participant.The breakfast they served was excellent. They also gave me two rice balls made from fresh local Uonuma rice for lunch, for which I want to express my highest gratitude.

It was an inn where the woman took great care. I was told that he had been doing this for many years, but I felt very at ease. There were a lot of regulars, which makes sense.

thank you for helping me.I was expecting delicious rice, but I was disappointed that there was something like a rice cooker smell even though it was freshly cooked.The white rice I had eaten in Iwahara before was so delicious that I was impressed.Maybe my expectations were too high...

Anyway, the food is delicious. The people at the hostel are also kind. It's in front of Nakazato Station, so it's easy to access even if you don't have a car (I had someone pick me up from Echigo-Yuzawa Station). Nakazato Ski Resort is on the opposite side of the station, so you can walk there (pass through the station and cross the railroad tracks. There are steps up and down).

Very good service, all the staffs are so kind and humble. This family house also Muslim friendly for the dinner & breakfast. We are very satisfied with the service👍🏻

The prices are reasonable and the owner is kind. We also learned how to rent skis and how to use them first. The food was home-cooked and delicious with local ingredients. Although the toilets are shared, they are separated by men and women, and there are many of them.
