Due to the onset of the new coronavirus infection, we canceled it 3 days ago. I was satisfied with the hotel's explanation and paid the cancellation fee. After that, I wondered what kind of hotel it was, so I made another reservation. When I actually stayed there, it was located on a hill near the sea, and the view from the room was spectacular. In particular, the view of the beautiful ocean from the window was the ultimate luxury that made me forget about everyday life. I was soothed by the warm hospitality of the staff. I thought I had caused a lot of trouble because I had canceled. The sashimi, seaweed, and seafood somen we had for dinner, as well as the breakfast buffet, were very delicious, with plenty of seafood. The sea could be seen very clearly from the bath.I also understand that the reviews are generally good. However, it pains me to think that there are people out there who have had the same experience of having to cancel due to circumstances beyond their control.Regarding the handling of cancellations, this is something I would like to see improved in the future. We would appreciate it if you could be more flexible in responding to unavoidable circumstances such as the new coronavirus infection.

2024.08.07Used for day trip hot springs. As a bonus of staying at Lodge Bellwinds across the street, I was able to use it for 400 yen instead of the usual 800 yen. There was a large indoor bath with a nice view and an open-air bath, and the hot water was very nice and felt good.

The bath is the best 👍️ Day trip bath If you go after 11 o'clock, it is almost reserved. After 2 hours of going to the large public bath, mokkoyu (seaweed), sauna, and cold bath, we headed to the restaurant on the first floor. This is the best! ! Day trip bath 800 yen (no towels, shampoo, treatment, and body soap included). We also have lotion and emulsion to remove makeup.it's recommended.
