Staff are great!Cleanliness is questionable as there was a mark of a glass by the window when we came, yet the bathroom was not maintained very well.Location is very strategic!Parking is quiet good as they have basement.

I am quite pleased with the room. The room is clean. Not very spacious but it's okay for me. It's quite nice based on the budget, the staff is nice and quite helpful. It just that the room doesn't have hot water. So it's quite chilly to take a bath in the morning, haha. Overall it's nice experience. Thank you.

The room is not spacious but has a good circulation and access to sunlight. i got two windows. the bed is also comfortable and the towels smell good. but there is no mirror outside the bathroom (which lights are dim) and no additional desk/table/wardrobe to store something.

first of all, the hotel near the mall (ciwalk), there's parking lot, and i choose the twin bed cause at that time it was cheaper.The room and the bed are clean, there is AC, Tv, hanger, rubbish bin, private bathroom with water heater, u got two towel, soap and shampoo, but no toothbrushand i feel comfortable ✨

Clean n tidy hotel. Cheaper price. Good breakfast. Modern design. Near to Chiwalk. Easy to get uber driver. Next to the most popular Martabak Chiamplas. Marvellous!! But the heater not really hot. Water pressure also not good.

The location seems to be in the city center so access is goodThere is no elevator, there are stairsThe place is a bit dirty but that's okayThe faucet in the sink wobbles and a little water comes outThe place needs to be rejuvenated, like repainting it, cleaning the corners of the bathroomThere are no amenities like shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste here, there is only soap (but I didn't use it), there are 2 towels hereThe mattress is soft, but there are several ants on the mattressThe bottom of the cot needs to be cleanedFor TV it's okay even though it sometimes glitchesFor the price of 200, it's okay

Stayed more than 2 days so I can give a good review. Just go straight to it..PROS:+ quite strategic location, near Alfamart/Indomaret, places to eat, Ciwalk, laundry express!+ good service. The receptionist is friendly and always greets & smiles+ soft mattress, nice pillows+ there are live windows (can be opened and closed) so at dawn you can turn off the AC and breathe in the fresh Bandung air (which is cooler than the AC)+ the view is very beautiful+ there is decent wifi (not fast, but not too slow)CONS- no lift. So if you're traveling with a lot of stuff, you can consider it- no mineral water, heaters and glasses (which are all provided in the information on Agoda)- no manual lock from inside. So sometimes I just feel anxious and scared. Because usually in hotels there are manual double locks- the sink tap water won't turn on- For Muslims, the prayer area is very narrow. In the photo, the Qibla should actually be a little straighter. But whether you like it or not, you have to tilt it a little or it won't fit.- When checking in it turns out you have to increase the weekend room price which is said to be not according to Agoda.In conclusion: the staying experience was quite satisfying. For a budget hotel, this is okay. But if it's for a family and you're staying for a long time, it might be less comfortable...Hopefully the hotel can be better🫶🏼
