It was a hot spring inn that I would like to stay at at least once. All the hotels in Tanigawa Onsen are expensive, so I had a hard time staying there. My child was finally home, so I decided to stay there alone.Alone in a room with a king size bed. The TV and sofa are so big that I feel sorry for them. There was a Balmuda speaker and a coffee maker. There were 4 cups of coffee for one person, so I was very excited as I love coffee.Dinner was mostly eaten in a private room. I ate it slowly without paying attention. The customer service of the foreign employees was polite and pleasant~😊The hot spring is thick and feels a little hot, but once you soak in it, it's just right.I wanted to stay in it forever. Bath towels are provided, so it's nice to be able to use clean bath towels every time.

There are several inns in Tanigawa Onsenkyo, some of which are expensive, but Ryokan Tanigawa is one of the more reasonably priced inns. However, there are also rooms with an open-air bath in the guest room. This is a little pricey, but the rooms are nice and have a sense of privacy. The hot springs are a little hot (even the room baths), but the amount of hot water is amazing.Dinner is also delicious. It seems that many inns in Gunma Prefecture serve sashimi of tuna and sea bream even in the mountains, but it was good that this one mainly served river fish such as trout. You can also enjoy local sake as well as local sake from Niigata, the neighboring prefecture. The breakfast buffet was a bit noisy because you were sharing it with other guests, but the plan with an open-air bath in the room had a late check-out, so it was nice to be able to take a different time and relax.

The customers were mainly from overseas, but I was impressed by how politely they spoke to me in the Japanese they had worked so hard to learn. The beer you can drink in the lounge is great, and the hot springs are soothing. I'm happy to have a service where you can drink masu sake. The taste of the food was average. (It's not that it's not delicious.) I can tell that they're trying hard to come up with the best, but it's still compared to the food I've eaten at various inns.It was a shame that the grilled sweetfish was sprinkled with fried chicken powder instead of salt-grilled.However, overall it is a good inn and I can recommend it.

Stayed here for the first time in 10 yearsThere are so many customers! I don't meet many other customersI took my time in the bath and it was empty. For dinner, there was a partition so I felt like I was in a private room, so I was able to eat slowly.Breakfast was semi-buffet style so you could eat whatever you wanted.I stayed here on my wedding anniversary! I received a gift of chopsticks 😊It became a good memoryThe Nepalese customer service was easy to understand and their Japanese was very good.I was able to do it perfectly~ Thank you very much

I bothered you because I was using it for work. The affiliated Senjuan was very good, so I chose it this time! I wanted to relax by myself, so I chose a room with an open-air bath. …

It's a popular inn that is hard to get a reservation for, but I was lucky enough to get one, so I decided to visit. It was an inn filled with the spirit of hospitality.First of all, I was impressed by the high level of hospitality. I was impressed by how polite and courteous I was, such as having my baggage taken by me and putting it in my room, the young proprietress personally coming to meet me on my way home, and even the older brother of a foreign employee who seemed to be a technical intern trainee. .And the guest room. The property is extremely comfortable due to the excellent renovation and thorough cleaning! It was so nice that I ended up relaxing in the room so much that I forgot to enjoy the large public bath on the men's side. The cooking is also well done. The grilled rockfish is particularly skillful, as the innards, which have a unique bitterness, are carefully processed to bring out the flavor of the pale meat. I've eaten rock fish at various inns, but this rock fish was the most delicious. The breakfast was a semi-buffet, and each small bowl was exquisitely delicious, and I was excited from the morning. To be honest, I don't feel that much of an impact on the hot springs, including the private baths. This is also the nearby Minakami, but even though it has efficacy, the colorless and transparent spring quality seems to have no personality (personally), so I couldn't get over it...Also, the amount of manga in the relaxation room that makes you feel sorry for yourself, and the training machine that makes you think, ``Who's going to exercise after coming here?'' To be honest, I feel like it's unnecessary, so I think they should remove it and add more massage chairs. My honest opinion is that it would be nice if you could do that. However, overall, the problems faced by Minakami/Tanikawa (hot springs with insufficient impact, hot spring town that has fallen into decline) can be overcome by thoroughly strengthening the package, including thorough hospitality, generous service, and luxurious guest rooms! It was an inn where I felt a strong sense of enthusiasm.Even when I looked back at the review photos, my honest impression was that it was a good inn. I would like to repeat it if I have a chance!
