Stayed for 2 nights in an executive double room.・The room was larger than I expected and clean. You can see the cityscape 🪟 clearly from the window.・The bath is a unit bath. It would be great if the bath and toilet were separate, but that's just my personal opinion...・The problem is that there are only a small number of cars that can be parked in the underground parking lot. There is a multi-storey parking lot next door, so you may not have to worry about it that much.・There is a fairly famous ramen shop in Niigata 🍜 about 2 or 3 minutes walk away, so it's a good idea to check it out slowly and line up before it opens. There are many other places to eat within walking distance, so I think it's good for business. It's useful when you're traveling to eat outside or for business purposes.I can't comment on the service since I stayed without meals. The process at the front desk was smooth and they helped arrange taxis smoothly. thank you.The price was 10,800 yen for an executive double room for one person on a weekday, so I was satisfied with the price. I have no complaints about this room for this price.Next time I would like to stay in a moderate type room.

Stayed for one night with breakfast included.Although it is a long-established hotel, the rooms had been renovated and were very clean. It was a single room, but the bed was the size of a semi-double.It was very comfortable.I stayed on the 10th floor, so the view was great.I could see the Sea of Japan in the distance.Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor. There were plenty of ingredients unique to Niigata, as well as the famous Bologna style spaghetti with meat sauce. The hotel staff was also courteous and made my stay very comfortable.

I think towns with good local hotels have a high level of culture. Italia-ken was a very nice hotel that made me think that it was definitely better than the new chain hotels. …

I stayed with my child during the equinox holidays. I was very satisfied with the room and breakfast 🙆 The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of variety, but the quality of each side dish was good and it was very delicious 🍴 I think the service that makes omelets and rice balls on the spot is very good 👍 In the morning I was surprised that my daughter, who is weak and only eats a small amount of breakfast, ate so much 😵😊 I'll come stay again someday! Thank you for the wonderful hotel that was worth the price 😺

Although it is a long-established hotel with a long history, it has recently undergone a large-scale renovation, and the rooms were very clean. The area around the sink is very easy to use (though I think there are many places where it's quite narrow and hard to put things in), and I felt that it was well thought out. The amenities were just right, and the body soap and shampoo were elegant and had a nice scent, so I felt very good. The breakfast buffet was great!Everything was really delicious, and it was a shame that I only had a limited amount of food.In particular, the rice balls made on the spot and Niigata's specialty tarekatsu are so memorable that even though I don't eat much and don't have much of an obsession with food, I definitely want to go back and eat them again someday. The slightly compact size of the hotel was just right for me, and I was able to stay very comfortably in every way.

This hotel is in the best location if you want to enjoy Furumachi. This is a historic hotel in Furumachi, and you can feel the history everywhere, even in the common areas.Since this hotel is a local hotel in Niigata City, the service is lower than that of a major hotel chain. Please note that the room wear is only available in one size, which is too small for tall or well-built men, so you may want to bring your own loungewear to make yourself more comfortable.
