A facility with a sauna located in a national park where you can enjoy nature.The game meat is delicious and the customer service is very hospitable.Lake Nojiri is also right in front of your eyes, so even after checking out, you can enjoy a walk along the lake or a drive for a while.

The sauna itself is very nice. The location is also great.However, since the stance of the facility, how to enjoy it, and the rules are not presented at all, it is better to be aware that if you go to the public, you are left to the customer's gacha.When I used it before, there were young people who were making noise like a public bar,I've even encountered people who play ro-ryu to dangerously high temperatures just for their own personal tastes.When we informed the facility, they said, ``We can't choose our customers. It can't be helped if it's a public place.''Personally, I believe that in the service industry, it is basically the facility that sets the rules and clearly states how they want customers to enjoy themselves, so I can't deny that this is extremely disappointing for the facility.Additionally, there appears to be little awareness of providing safe services.Also, when I stayed there previously, there were guests who were drinking and making noise until the morning, despite the 11pm rule for lights out due to the thin walls.There was supposed to be staff on duty, but they didn't pay attention to us at all.If you don't get enough sleep and use a sauna the next day, don't people who are not used to it think it's dangerous?If you're driving from far away, can't you imagine the danger you'll be putting yourself in on the way home?Considering all the events that have happened, I can only take the stance of ``We've built a nice sauna, so let the customers enjoy it as they please.''I will never use public accommodation again because there is no guarantee that I will be able to enjoy it safely.The customer service is certainly nice, but I feel that there is no professionalism in providing a safe and secure service, so no matter how good the sauna is, I can only give it one star.

I can't recommend it at all for food.It is now a second-generation sauna business.Although the burgers are expensive, they aren't huge and the taste is pretty average.Also, during meals, the eating and drinking area and the sauna procedure are in the same place, so people can go in and out of the sauna with their swimsuits wet, making hygiene the worst.The towels laid out at the entrance were also wet and I felt sick even before I entered.I wish I could stop eating and drinking and just use the sauna instead. Just remembering it is unpleasant.

Sauna is ★5! The Japanese-style room was so shocking that I couldn't sleep on the senbei futon. ① I recommend a bed room ② If you want a futon, there should be a spare in the closet, so I recommend stacking 2 or 3 futons.

SAUNA is the bestThe wood stove and wooden house clothes will make you sweat quickly.But it's not too hot. Even though it's winter, I was able to use raw bifida. I loved staying in LAMP. The location is right in front of lake nojiri. Honestly the highlight of my trip (one of the non touristy places ive been to). Lake nojiri is so beautiful.The staffs in LAMP were really friendly. Shared toilet and bath but clean and convenient.

I knew that if I stayed the day before a regular holiday, I wouldn't get breakfast, but it wasn't explained to me that I wouldn't be able to take a bath in the morning 😭Since I was staying at Swallow, I was able to use the sauna in the morning, but I had to leave without taking a shower after the sauna, which was a huge shock...I wish this had been announced in advance.Also, this is an issue of customer morale, but you can really see through the large windows of the swallow trailer and private sauna. The man who had a particularly bad experience went back and forth several times to take a look.Although I wanted to see the beautiful scenery from inside, it is best to keep the curtains closed at all times. I think it's a good idea to wear a poncho when changing clothes indoors.It would be nice if there was a warning sign or a blindfold to prevent people from trespassing carelessly...Also, the snow blower was running from 9am, which overlapped with sauna time, so the noise was a bit bothersome.Another thing is that there is not much English written in the user guide, and I have come across cases where people from other countries do not understand the rules. (e.g. turning off running water to prevent freezing)Other than that it was a nice stay. thank you very much.

It is a charming & well-kept establishment. Staff are friendly and polite.The sauna is great; definitely the highlight of the trip. The whisking session was a unique & memorable experience.Food was amazing. I’m pre-ordered the hotpot which had the freshest ingredients and tender Nagano pork and lamb. I agree with everyone, the apple pie is a must.
