Thank you for taking care of my husband and my two beloved dogs. There are many hotels in Higashi-Izu where you can stay with your pet, but there are almost no inns in Nishi-Izu that allow you to stay with your pet, so this is a great facility for those who want to bring their pets along!I made a reservation through the website, but since all payments were made using my smartphone, I was a little worried about whether it would be okay or not, but I was able to complete everything without any problems.(Am I the only one who was confused?)(equipment)Since the room was on a low floor, the neighboring roofs were an eyesore, but we were able to see the calm sea. There is a large public bath on the 6th floor, and the bath and changing room were both clean and very comfortable. The open-air bath in the room was not a hot spring, but it smelled like wood and was very relaxing.Recommended! The bedding is as simple as a single sheet placed on a tri-fold mattress, so it may be unavoidable if you bring your pet with you. However, I think there is room for improvement. It was a two-room Japanese-style room, but I thought it would be nice to have a chair on the tatami floor.(meal)I stayed for two nights, but the food was okay.It was.Lastly, the most disappointing thing was that since I like to talk, I couldn't really talk to the employees because all payments were made using QR codes.Smart and smooth customer service is important, but the conversations you have while traveling also create lasting memories. It left a lasting impression on me to see a young employee who was so fluent in Japanese leave his home country and work so hard.Managers, please take care of those who are working hard! (lol)It's been a long time, but I'll be indebted to you when I go to Nishiizu again!

Pets are allowed, and I was impressed to see my child's (dog's) name written at the front desk. The room was clean and the hotpot dinner was delicious.

The location is close to the sea and easy to take a walk. All the staff have a nice smile and provide attentive service. The dogs' names are written on the welcome board. There are costumes for dogs, a photo space, and a small dog run.The hot springs also have an open-air bath, which is recommended.
