I stayed at Horai on the 4th floor. The room is big and you need slippers to go between the toilet and the room (lol)If you have a drainboard or something, it will be helpful if you can walk barefoot. There is an elevator, which is helpful since we have a lot of luggage as we move home for a week!

The hot springs and food were very good! ️I couldn't sleep well because the bedding was inadequate.

The food is delicious, and there are two baths and a sauna. There is also a smoking area, but as a narrow-shouldered smoker, I was a little impressed as I could see the carp and the courtyard.

I stayed here this year (March 2024).This inn has become a hot topic on Instagram for its rooms with micro bubble baths.I reserved that room. The room was nice and spacious.I checked at 3pm and first went to the hot springs in the large public bath at the inn. There was no one there and it was reserved. The hot water was beautiful and emerald green with a high sulfur content 😍My skin became smooth. The room had a micro bubble (not a hot spring), but I think rooms with a hot spring are even more satisfying, so next time I would like to stay in a room with a hot spring.According to my research, ``Yuasobi no Yado Akebono'' is the only one in Tsukioka Onsen that has rooms with hot springs. It's nearby so I'd like to stay again when I'm tired❣️

Bathing fee: 1,000 yen per hour (cash only). The hot water from Tsukioka Onsen is green in color and has a high sulfur concentration.Your skin will become smooth. As the store says, it's a drop-in hot spring, so there aren't many places to take a break, but the hot water is great. You can leave your valuables at the front desk, as you can just put them in a basket in the changing room.I haven't used the guest room, so I can't rate it.
