The price is great. A triple room with breakfast is less than 2,000 yuan. The location is also very convenient. It is just a 3-minute walk next to Kokura Station. We are driving by ourselves. The staff will help you park the car. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very nice. At breakfast the next day, I saw that my son had not packed the pasta salad, and he took the initiative to pack a bowl for us. I will stay here again next time I come to Kokura.

I lost track of my location and had someone come to pick me up. It was really helpful. If you don't know where it is, just go to Kokura Station and call and it's nearby.

I used it on a tour, but I don't want to give it even one star. Regardless of the staff, the quality of the person in charge is very poor.It seems that only coffee has been offered as a free drink for several months, but at the time of my stay, the homepage and in-house signage said "coffee, black tea, and green tea."When I entered the room, the clock on the wall had stopped, and the hair dryer was broken so there was no hot air. The person in charge said that they inspect the dryer once a week, but they haven't set a specific day of the week for the inspection, and there's no checklist, so how can they say they're doing it? Is it?The last room check was said to be at 3:00 pm, but the clock had stopped at 1:00. "I guess you overlooked it," he said. There was a notice that nightwear and slippers were not allowed in the lobby and restaurant, but the restaurant staff ignored people wearing nightwear. In the first place, the person in charge said things like, ``I think nightwear was OK in the restaurant,'' and was corrected by the front desk staff.Even when I told them about the restaurant staff's response, they simply excused the rule violation, saying things like, ``It must have been difficult for them to complain because they were regulars,'' and ``It's just a person-to-person thing.''In a negative sense, the management had not grown since the Showa era, and they tried to shift the blame onto the staff for any inconvenience.I have also reported everything to the tour company. I will never use it again.
