It's a great B&B. Although it's a bit old, it's very clean, comfortable and warm. After a day of skiing, it was so happy to be able to go back to the B&B immediately to rest and eat. Moreover, the breakfast and dinner changed every day, and they were super delicious! !The price for renting equipment is quite cost-effective, and the equipment is pretty good. The shop assistants are very patient in helping with adjustments and replacements, and they can communicate in English well.The boss is super kind and lovely. This is a B&B that I would like to come to again next time. Highly recommended👍

It’s my first time to come to a “real snow” resort and experience ski in ski out. It’s so comfortable😌Advice for those who are coming:The hotel is about 150 meters away from the shuttle bus drop-off point. There are snowy roads. The hotel owner will use a cart to help you carry your luggage. It is recommended to wear shoes that can walk in the snow.It is not recommended for people with suitcases to take the Echigo-Yuzawa shuttle bus because the shuttle bus is very small. It is recommended to take a taxi or hotel to get from the station to the hotel (if there are time restrictions, you can ask the hotel for the available time)This three-night stay includes breakfast and dinner, which is super cost-effective and convenient! (Note: You must attend breakfast and dinner at fixed times, please do not cause any inconvenience to the hotel by being late)The equipment rental section is very good. The hotel will help with details such as ski adjustment and is very attentive.Conclusion: I like this family-style hotel very much. It is very warm and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time! 🥰

There is almost nothing to fault, it’s a great B&B!- Room: simple and clean, with a lot of space to hang clothes, but the lights are a bit dim, the quilt is very warm, the bathroom has sufficient water pressure, but there is no flush toilet (there is a toilet on the second floor of the B&B)-Meals: Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious, and the dishes change every day- Service: The staff are very friendly and kind. When renting ski equipment, they are also very patient in helping customers try it out until it suits them. The equipment is quite clean, and they also choose clothes that are not ugly. The small disadvantage is that the counter is often empty, and then When booking a room, the reply was a bit slow (about three or four days)*There is no hairdryer in the room. You can use it in the bathhouse on the sixth floor or borrow it from the counter (no charge)*It is recommended to come at a time when the B&B can be connected. If you take the ski shuttle bus, it is recommended not to bring a suitcase that is too big. On the way to the B&B, you need to go through four or five flights of stairs and a large snowfield. It is very heavy and difficult to drag.

This time, I was introduced to this place when I was looking for a new place because I couldn't use the place I used to call home anymore.Since my main activity was snowboarding, I was very happy to be in this location right on the slopes as soon as I left the hotel.The staff at the hotel were very kind and politely explained anything I didn't understand. The homely atmosphere warmed my heart. I would like to adjust my schedule again this season.I also want to make it my next home and bring my son with me this time 😀

I didn't stay here, but I went into the store to rent snowboards and the staff was very friendly. Since I am a beginner, I was also taught how to use shoes and boards. He prepared a board, shoes, and other equipment based on his height, prepared the board properly, and handed it to me. thank you very much. Cheer up! (^-^)The staff were cheerful and we, as foreigners, were able to chat about various things and it was fun. I think it's a really nice store.I will definitely come to this restaurant next time I go to Iwahara.

Excellent location, you can ski-in ski-out from this hotel. Owner and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small (as they put 3 beds in a room). They serve good traditional Japanese style meals. They also have good quality ski and snowboard sets for rent at a reasonable price. They charged an extra 10% as winter heating charge, which was not set out at the time of booking.

It was near the lifts, rentals were available (and cheap), and the staff had a good customer service attitude.I was lucky to see fireworks going off on the slopes at night.
