Stayed at the end of July 2021.When I made the reservation, I was told that there was only one room available, so I thought it was a guesthouse with many regulars.Watashi is not good with chemicals, so he lives in a ``solid house'' that does not use plywood, and for meals, he makes his own germinated brown rice, only eats natural fish, and carefully selects meat because he doesn't need much. Our style is to eliminate as many synthetic food additives as possible, so we may be criticized harshly. What I thought was good about Wakinohama・3 private bathsAlthough they are not large, there are 3 hot springs ♨️ with free flowing water, and if any of them are empty, you can flip the bill over and bathe freely. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even if it was a little hot, I didn't feel stressed because I could get it to the temperature I wanted in a short time with the abundant water available.・Seafood is the best part of the meal. The amount of sashimi was not too much, but it wasn't lacking either, and the fresh local fish, not frozen tuna, was extremely delicious. Miso soup made with seafood soup is very delicious, both in the evening and in the morning. This alone is enough to make me want to go again. Shiogamayaki? The grilled fish was also delicious.Where I felt disappointed・The boiled foods in the meal had a strong impression of being sugar-sweet, partly because Watashi tends to dislike sweet foods. My wife is fine with the sweetness, but she didn't find the boiled food to be delicious. Maybe the seasoning such as dashi is not effective, and it tastes like an old lady who doesn't like country cooking? That's the impression. Still, I ended up eating everything that was served, so I guess I'll give it a minus 0.5 star. I would also be happy if there were a little more variety of delicious sake, or if I could bring my favorite beer. Of course, I would like to ask for a cheaper delivery fee.-Minus 2 stars because of the bad bedding and the sheets and pillow cases covered in chemical fragrances which (to us) was tantamount to torture. The mattress was exactly like a ``Senbei Futon'', and I woke up feeling tired the next morning...my wife especially didn't like it, and she said, ``I don't want to go there again.''😩Watashi doesn't like synthetic detergents and fabric softeners that are full of chemical fragrances, so he didn't feel like sleeping. I dare repeat this, but it is tantamount to torture. Perhaps the fate of the inn in Izu? I'm guessing that they were conscious of the musty smell in the room, but this is something that Watashi would like to improve as a top priority.Overall, it's close to the sea, but it doesn't have a great view. Instead, it's set back from the road, so it's quiet, the seafood is delicious, and the baths are nice. There is no toilet in the room, so depending on the room, the traffic in the hallway may be a problem. For better or worse, the sound insulation properties of traditional Japanese houses are typical.I would like to bring my own shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and towels, and visit again. What if bedding could be improved without using synthetic fragrances?Come to think of it, in the unlikely event of a tsunami, you can probably survive by climbing up the rocky mountain with an evacuation route behind it.
