It was a very bad experience during our first night coming to Japan. After looking for this place in rainy night, we lifted our luggages upstairs to the 3rd floor. The entrance door code given by owner is not working, maybe the digital door lock was broken. Made the phone call for so many times and messages, but no answer. The only way we could enter the hostel was because we rang the bells (not sure if its working) and the other guest opened the door for us from the inside. Only then we found out that our reserved room being used by other guest. While the other rooms weren't being cleaned and set up (garbages and empty bottles from previous guest still on beds). So then we made complaint to our online booking agent and demand hostel replacement. What a memorable experience.

I didn't stay at the hotel for long, so I left my luggage behind. After washing up and looking for something cheap, I made a reservation. There are no staff in the evening. Until late. There are a lot of noisy people.... ㅠㅠ They probably came in a group and talked until dawn.... It was comfortable because they had shampoo, rinse, foam, and cleanser. It was neither too cold nor too hot, which was just right.... I just keep my luggage in the bedroom. There's nothing to lock or anything... I didn't have anything to take, haha, but it's close to the station. The surrounding area is noisy at dawn.

Good accessibility from Keisei Ueno Station and JR Okachimachi Station.Although the bed and personal space are small, the quality of amenities such as shampoo and body soap is good. However, it is a pity that check-in time starts at 17:00 and ends at 23:00.Please note that you will not be able to check in if you are not on time.

3rd floor of Kawashima Building, corner of Ueno Nakamachi Tonchan. There is only one person at the reception from 5:00 pm on check-in. A hostel that looks like a renovated snack bar. Each room has 4 dormitory beds in a 2 tatami booth (1 lighting, 2 outlets, no valuables box, free Wi-Fi available, entrance door requires password entry) Luggage such as suitcases and backpacks are stored in the room. 2 showers and 2 toilets. There is no particular check-out process. If you want to take a big bath, a capsule hotel would be cheaper and better❗
