A quiet spacious hotel in an uptown suburban neighborhood with comfortable showers & large bath/shower area and a microwave in reception to heat your convenience food. Found this place by accident and what a find as it’s a step away from the craziness of main Tokyo but two main line train services which are a comfortable walk with luggage to hotel. The ppl I met were great and helpful and I’ve stayed her 3 times now and i find it a great location and the Tokyo tower is only a stones throw, rooms are clean and comfortable and not dated by any means of the imagination but again some rooms may be a little over furnished with tables but it’s still a homely feel and not a box room…

I went there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and was really disappointed.First, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no one there. I thought two people from the hotel came, but a woman who looked like the owner was getting angry at the man, which was really unpleasant. I want things like that to be done behind the scenes. When I arrived at my room, I had a question and called the front desk, but no one answered. I thought it was okay, but I can't understand Japanese. Isn't the manual set in stone?Since it was a celebration, I was excited to go, so it became a sad memory of hospitality. However, the food at the restaurant was really delicious.

A beautiful hotel. The bathtub has a light pink and white color scheme in the center, and the design highlights the attention to detail around the water area. The TV may be in an odd position, there is no air conditioner in the hallway, and the reception is polite but inexperienced.

What a cute little hotel. The rooms, especially the quadruple room downstairs, are charming with high ceilings and a big bathtub. You feel like home very quickly. The room is neat with attention to detail. The only cons were that there is no gym in the hotel and the breakfast seems to have changed in the recent years from highly rated Japanese breakfast to simple things like croissant.
