There are many 5* hotels that are nowhere near as good as this place - the price/quality ratio is off the charts. Room is quite big for Japan, the location is great and the service is fantastic. I'm not surprised this place is sold out constantly.

Stayed at this hotel a year ago for 5 or so nights and was looking into staying at this hotel again for my upcoming trip. After seeing a racist 1-star review I thought this place needed redemption. Here’s a better review than that person complaining that they were greeted by a “non-Japanese” Filipino. First of all, I’m pretty sure that lady was not Filipino — not that it matters. The service we got from the workers at this hotel was exceptional.This hotel is close to the Uguisudani station of the Yamanote line. An easy 5-minute walk but is kind of a trail if you have heavy luggages. That’s where I give a 4-star. If you had done your research you would’ve looked at the map to get a sense of the location anyway. Otherwise, nice quiet location and there’s a FamilyMart conveniently down the street.The rooms were always clean during our stay. They did housekeeping everyday unless you didn’t want them to.Nice smart TV to watch when getting ready in the morning or getting back after a 20k steps day.Again, we stayed here a year ago. Hopefully the quality hasn’t gone down.

Wow! What a great find. Fabulous location close to Ueno Park and the Yamamoto line. Great options to eat close by (Highly recommend Vegan Gyoza, even if you aren’t vegan). Fantastic service all around. I ordered a bottle of champagne for my daughters 30th birthday and it was presented by the staff. So impressed with our stay there and would definitely stay again if I come back! Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Hotel near the Uguisudani station, from which you can access the Yamanote Line, which connects with the main tourist points of the city. Very quiet neighborhood with convenience stores, supermarket and restaurants nearby.The staff makes sure that you are comfortable at all times. Excellent attention from Nic and Ef. Although they do not offer the luggage shipping service, they have told us in very detail how to proceed to send it to the next accommodation from the nearest familymart.Facilities with excellent cleanliness. The room size is slightly above the Japan average. The suitcase can be opened without any problem. A full-length mirror is missing. The system for hanging clothes/towels could also be improved. The soundproofing is terrible, which means you have to be constantly aware of whether there is even a minimum of noise that could disturb other guests.The accommodation offers a small breakfast that comes in handy if you plan to leave quickly in the morning.I would book it again.

Stayed for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are modern and spacious enough. It’s so nice to come back to the hotel and be able to put on Netflix after walking 15k+ steps daily. The area is actually really nice and we enjoyed being in a smaller town over the touristy areas like Shinjuku/shibuya. Highly recommend booking here
