No matter how you look at it, it's definitely a dormitory.I booked it as a single room, excluding the dormitory, but it turned out to be a dormitory. It's so noisy at night that I can't sleep at all

1 second after I arrived and checked in, i ran away.Advertising this as “single room” is extremely misleading. Do you know the public toilet with booths that we usually see? This is exactly like that.-There is NO room, just dividers and curtains, no door.- The space is probably the size of the…toilet, no privacy, very unsafe. I was shocked and thought it was a public change room for real lol.- So like a change room, people can come to your space easily, no privacy, you can hear the person next door swallowing food or drinking water lol- i walked out and saw a man walking around with his underwear lmao.- the futon and pillow and sheets are all dirty, i saw a chunk of hair- the price is not cheap! Location is not that great- i also discovered that despite the lock/ code… etc. the door wasn’t locked at all. So any stranger on the street can come in, pull your curtain and … peek a boo! Please run a business properly!

Used on professional baseball field trips. The location is about 5 minutes from the station, and the exterior and interior are beautiful.Although the room is not a private room, there is a curtain instead of a door, but I thought it was better than a dormitory. The staff was polite and friendly, and easy to communicate with. We were able to have a nice stay and exchanged many things.

THE MOST- The price is reasonable for Tokyo. But it's still expensive for what it is compared to other Asian countries. The accommodation is in a very quiet residential area. It's a little out of the way but you can still reach Asakusa and the Senso-ji temple in 20-30 minutes on foot.- Everything is clean, rooms and bathrooms. The toilets are faithful to the Japanese model, very pleasant. The shower is also very good, good pressure, hot water and thermostatic faucet. A towel is provided, it's always a little extra.- You don't have a real bed, but a futon even has the floor, and folds out. But in the end it turned out to be quite comfortable, as well as the good duvet that came with it.- There is a small safe in the room to keep some valuables, with key provided. A small coat rack and a hanger are also available, which can be useful, especially for drying towels. It has sockets on the side and a small bedside lamp, in addition to two small magnifying glasses.- There is a fresh water dispenser in the common area, as well as a microwave and some utensils.- Wifi worked correctly.THE LEAST- At first glance you would think you are dealing with accommodation in a private room for the price of a dormitory bed. But in the end it's a bit hybrid and ultimately quite close to a dormitory. The rooms are lined up next to each other, on two floors. And they are only separated by sliding walls on the side, and a curtain at the entrance (attached with clips). So my main problem was the lack of soundproofing, it was not easy to sleep well: I heard everything from the neighbor, I heard him sleeping as if he were in the same room, it was worse than in some hostels . In addition, I had the room opposite the sinks and the bathroom (but the others were not far either), and as a result I was woken up at 6 a.m. by customers who were brushing themselves. teeth...- The Japanese are very honest, but you never know with tourists. So, without being paranoid either (and I haven't had a problem anyway), I don't find it very secure with just a curtain and a small locker just for a few objects (and whose lock seemed easy to force if necessary) but nothing for the rest of his belongings.- There is no one to welcome you, it is a self-check-in system with an iPad and instructions are sent to you when you make your reservation. On arrival I struggled a bit, I didn't really understand how it worked and I had no one I could contact because it was my first evening in Tokyo and I didn't yet have a SIM card. But in the end I got through it, fortunately. Likewise, you do your own check-out, and it must be done before 10 a.m., which still seems a little early to me. It is also not possible to leave your luggage after check-out, although most hostels accept it. Almost no common space, forget about meeting and socializing in this type of establishment.- Equipment level, improvements are possible: the towel is provided, it's good, but the fabric is not at all pleasant, it almost looks like a mop. And in terms of kitchen utensils, it's very limited.- In summary, it helps out for one night, but I preferred the other accommodations I went to afterwards, like the Wasabi Asakusa hostel.

Good for a budget, solo traveler. It's worth the money I guess if you are a budget, solo traveler looking to spend the night, I spent 3 nights here. But the rooms are tiny and there are curtains instead of doors for the rooms. So the privacy is not the best in the world. The location is a plus, walking distance to the metro and about 30 minutes away from central Tokyo.
