I stayed here a few days with family and the staff made it a wonderful experience. They were all so extremely kind and helpful, calling restaurants to make reservations and even going across the street to help us get shinkansen tickets. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious and it's a short walk to Akasaka station. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come stay here again!

Brilliant place to stay. The staff are so helpful, the accommodation is beautiful and clean, and the location is very central without being too busy. We were traveling with teenage kids so would recommend the premium room for the extra space. Would definitely stay again. Enjoy!

We (family of 4, 2A, 2C) stayed at Mimaru Akasaka in mid September for 4 nights. It was a Japanese style apartment where the adults had twin beds and the kids were on the floor on futons that were rolled out on the Tanami each night. Service was great, Nikita welcomed us upon arrival and both him and all the staff were always so polite and helpful. We had put our name down to take part in a local festival that was happening whilst we were there, and they lent us Japanese hapi coats to wear for the parade down Alasaka. The kids wrote calligraphy on lanterns and then we took part in sunset games on the roof terrace.Handy location not far from Akasaka station on the Green chiyoda line and fairly quiet (nowhere near as touristy as Askakusa or Shibuya.Really the only thing I would give as negative feedback was the dryers, we used it for 1 cycle of 30 min (100 yen) and had to put it through a second cycle and even then it wasn't dry. But the staff lent us a clothes airer and that helped immensely.Very clean, good shower and toilets, comfy beds with AC which was very handy after a long day of sightseeing. Thanks Mimaru Akasaka!
