Apparently, the Central Divide runs through the center of the building. There are many old photographs of His Majesty the Emperor and others in the building. My family and I used it when sightseeing in Nagano. It was the first day of a three-day holiday, but we were able to relax and enjoy the time as it was reserved for us. The bath was also authentic and I was able to take a relaxing bath. The food was particularly sumptuous, and I was so full I couldn't finish the hot pot. Nozawana is served in the evening, and Tsubozuke is served in the morning, making the meal more enjoyable. The dessert, marron glacé, was very delicious with large chestnuts that were perfectly boiled. When I checked out, I asked for their famous soft serve ice cream and it was delicious. Personally, I thought the owner was very nice. I would definitely like to visit again next time when I go to see the flowers in the mountains in summer. thank you very much!

I stopped by on my way back from climbing Mt. Yunomaru. There are dozens of types of soft-serve ice cream, and I chose the lingonberry soft-serve ice cream. It was refreshing, had a sour taste, and was very delicious.I had planned to eat it while sitting at a table outside, but after purchasing it, the owner warned me! If you're planning on eating inside the store, please don't eat at the souvenir corner while walking. (=ω=；)I'm not a child, and I have no intention of carrying my soft-serve ice cream with me inside the store, and I'm originally planning on eating at a table outside.I understand just common sense.It was an unnecessary help. ε=ε=(angryﾟДﾟ)ﾉThe soft serve ice cream is delicious, but it's a shame.If it's in a restaurant, I usually look at it after I've finished eating. It was a terrible response. I have no intention of watching it.

It's nice to have a place where people can come even if they're quiet.My impressions about the store owner are the same as the other reviews. Even though the taste of the soft serve ice cream is good. This person, perhaps his wife, was a normal customer service person.They also sell soft serve ice cream in the winter, so you can eat it after skiing, but as someone who works in customer service, I would say, ``Don't go to the store.'' Why do I feel bad about selling and making money? Even if there are so many other reviews, you won't change your mind, so I respect your unwavering beliefs beyond contempt.P.S.: When I stopped by after posting this post, I ordered and was looking at the product shelf 3.4 steps diagonally to the left from the counter, when the shop owner asked me to wait in front of the counter. Well, since I ordered a cone and not a cup, I guess they'll hand it to you, but it can't be done in 2.3 seconds. Of course, even though I thought that, it wouldn't come out right away. Moreover, instead of handing it out, there is a corn holder on the counter, and the shopkeeper sticks it up there. By the time I got to this point, I was so stupid that my mouth was open... These crazy people and stores are obsessed with things that don't matter. If you want customers to have good manners, such as asking them to sit on the bench while eating, the owner should also ask for good customer service manners!

The store owner Has absolutely terrible service and picking a fight with me (his customer) and it’s a shame as there are many ice cream flavors and they are tasty. The store owner obliges you to sit to eat the icecream.The store also does rental equipment but mostly service is so bad and not that cheap. They sell also gloves hats or gifts.Even if there is no one the owner obliges you to ring a bell. 🛎️ to order???!!Also only accepts CASH no card or PayPay.The lady is much better but not much influence on him.I don’t understand how can a store owner can be so unwelcoming when customers are gold in any service industry. Me and my family won’t be back and will go elsewhere for rental or any food. Very upsetting.

I ordered 1 milk soft serve for my daughter and 2 Kyoho & milk soft drinks for my parents, but due to a mistake by the store owner, they received 3 Kyoho & milk soft drinks.I was planning to eat what was left of my daughter's food, so I held back on the chocolate flavor that I wanted, but I was forced to buy something that didn't taste like what I wanted, and I ended up having to force myself to eat it. . .Even though I had a pleasant hike, I had a terrible memory at the end.The store owner's attitude was also arrogant and made me feel sick.
