The space is very small and not as big as it appears in the photos. If you go with three people, you have to be tolerant! It's close to the station's Iriya exit, but it's not very convenient to get to Ameyoko Town!

Lovely experience at this Super JR Ueno hotel. Last week I stayed with a group of friends and overall we really enjoyed our first night in exotic pajamas. The place has a cozy decoration and a calm atmosphere. The rooms are somewhat small but sufficient if you bring one suitcase per person. Breakfast came included, I lacked variety. But I see it enough. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They waited on us patiently until very late because we were late at the airport. At check-out time, the girl who had the morning shift, around 11:00, helped us a lot in transporting our suitcases since it was our first time requesting the service. 😁The cost is reasonable for the quality of service and facilities.

We made a reservation for three people, and the children were happy with the simple room with a loft.It was nice that the breakfast buffet was included. It was very convenient as it was close to Ueno Station and there was a convenience store within walking distance. The bath is a type that doubles as a toilet. usually.

You cannot send overnight luggage. The solution is for Black Cat to send it back to the hotel on a specified date. You can send it back to the FamilyMart convenience store on the way to the station.

The room was expensive, but the inside was solid compared to the outside. In addition to breakfast, there was also a late-night snack service, which I was able to enjoy. It's close to Ueno Station, so I think it's sufficient for business use.

Overall I'm dissatisfied.I used it for a business trip and after checking out, I realized that I had lost two things, so I contacted them several times and they said, "No, no," and it was truly the worst hotel. Not recommended. The staff are lazing around. Are they working properly?Did the person cleaning not find anything?I'm curious.By the way, the breakfast was tasteless. I will never go to this hotel again.

The room is really not big, but having bunk beds is very helpful for travelers who need some flexibility. The equipment in the hotel is quite old, but it still has everything (for example, charging cables are provided). It is a pity that the room is damp. If the moisture problem can be solved, there is nothing wrong with the price. When checking in in the afternoon, there was a welcome drink machine and chazuke rice that you could eat, which I thought was very nice.

I thought this place would have the same specifications as super hotels across the country, but I was disappointed.First of all, it was not a blackout curtain (screen). I'm so bright in the morning that I can't sleep. There are no hot springs or public baths. Perhaps because the building is old, the facilities are not good, and when I turn on the ventilation fan in the unit bath, the smell of sewage comes out. The walls were thin, so I could hear the noise from my neighbors and didn't feel at ease. Because of the location, the rooms and dining room are small, and there is only enough living space to avoid bumping into people or objects. Wi-Fi is often interrupted, the internet environment is poor, and there are no outlets near the bed, which is inconvenient. The air conditioner is also broken, and only blows out lukewarm, humid air, which even stronger winds have no effect on and actually hurt my throat. I tried to open the window to cool it down, but it rarely opens, and even when it does open, it's noisy because it faces a large road. This was a mechanical failure, so I managed to ask them to change my room, but it was difficult to pack up my belongings, which had been spread out on another floor, and then move. I was very sorry for that, as I had my employees help me, but I was also exhausted from working late at night after a tiring day at work. When I checked out, I left something in the refrigerator, but I moved from room to room late at night (I moved with the door open, so I didn't even check the room number), so I didn't check the room number, and the front desk staff... I asked someone to open the door and bring it to me, but I was told that they had mistakenly looked at the room before I moved in and that there was nothing there. I bought something quite expensive at a food store in the city, but I gave up on it because I couldn't catch the Shinkansen in time. It's my fault for forgetting that I didn't get much sleep, but I felt disappointed that I wasn't listening properly. The Chairman was featured in an American magazine! However, before taking such an interview, I really wish they would do what they need to do, such as inspecting equipment and hiring more employees to ensure quality of service.
