Within 5 minutes walk from Yubatake. The building and inside have a Showa feel. A private bath with free-flowing hot spring water that you can use as much as you like.Even if you wash your body in the bathtub, it's okay because it's running water. Before taking a bath, hang a bathing sign on the noren curtain yourself. Good if you're looking for hot springs. You can enter as many times as you like from check-in to check-out.There was no air conditioner in the room, just a fan heater. Is there a fan or cooler in the summer? In addition to the accommodation fee, the bathing tax for the number of guests and the electricity and heating costs for one room will be deducted. Depending on the time of your stay, you may receive a discount on your heating bill. If you stay during the first half of Golden Week, your heating bill will be cheaper. The landlady seems friendly. There is also a parking lot next to the inn.If I go next time, I'd like to stay there.

This hotel is great! It’s quiet, clean, cheap, comfortable and the owner and staff are lovely. It also has its own onsen using the natural mineral water from this town. There are communal male and female toilets that are very clean and it’s just a short walk into town and to other public onsens. The rooms have a fridge, heater, fan, tv, etc.We stayed here at the start of August in summer and we were very comfortable using the fan for cooling our room. The owner chatted to us for a while when we checked in and gave us lots of great info about the mineral water and Kusatsu village. If you’re looking for somewhere homely and inexpensive to stay on your visit to this lovely town, this place is ideal.

A cypress bathtub gives you a luxurious feel. The quality of the spring water is quite good. The host is talkative and speaks like a machine gun.

This guesthouse is located between Yubatake and the bus terminal, and currently offers only a room without meals plan. Two people stayed here on a Saturday and Sunday in April for a reasonable price of 8,550 yen per person (including amenities, bathing fees, and heating costs).

Although it was a sudden call, I was very grateful that you responded very politely and without showing any dislike. The only problem is that the location is complicated and difficult to understand. It's charming though.

We used it for the purpose of walking around the Kusatsu Onsen town, and the 24H1 group private bath was a yuzu bath on the day of the winter solstice. The building was quite old and the floor and pillars were slanted, but I used it as a good place to stay if I could, and the landlady was kind and I think it became a good part of the building. Christmas lights 🎄We bought snowy scenery, steamed buns, etc. We also bought handkerchiefs and took a footbath on the way home, so it was a must-have item 👍

The building is old and the indoor bath that can be reserved for private use is showing its age, but the hot water is very pleasant. The landlady is a very nice person, like Kusatsu's mother. Next time I would like to visit with a meal included.

Stay overnight without meals. The inn is run down, but the hot spring water is available 24 hours a day, and it's reasonably priced, so it's recommended for male guests 🎵
