I went there for 2 nights with my fiancé and mother.I wrote in the notes section that my mother has a disability and that she would arrive late on the first day. They have reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities with their names on them.It was a Western-style twin bed room on the fourth floor,I had requested a room near the elevator. You did what I wanted. The room was spacious and was spacious enough for 3 people. In the case of 3 people, 1 person will have a sofa bed. When I arrived, there was a futon on the sofa bed, so I slept on the sofa bed.I wouldn't say it was particularly comfortable to sleep on,It felt like sleeping in a normal bed and was not inconvenient.Reservations for private baths and karaoke start from 12:30Numbered tickets will be handed out at 12:00.When I went to the front desk at 12 o'clock,I was able to get the number 1 ticket.I was able to safely reserve karaoke and a private bath at the time I wanted. The private bath also has an open-air bath.It was very good!Karaoke started at 8pm.Dinner comes with all-you-can-drink, so drink as much as you want to satisfy.Tipsy and having fun at karaokeThe three of us had a great time. You can enjoy it without any additional charge, and there is no inconvenience as there are free buses to go to Yubatake. There is nothing to say about cost performance! !The room had been renovated and was well kept and clean. It was a very satisfying stay.I want to go again.Thank you very much for your help.

It is about 30 minutes walk from Yubatake. It was a hotel that reminded me of something from the past. The room was large and comfortable with twin beds.Draft beer with meals is also included in the price.I'm a little impressed. However, the batter on the tempura was hard, so it was bad for my teeth. Please be careful.

[Listed in September 2024]I stayed with my family of three.I think this is a very good hotel for families to use without hesitation. The cost performance is good, and it feels "normal" in a good way.Viking in the morning and at night. It is attractive that you can drink all you can drink alcohol and there is no additional charge. This was my first time staying in the Itoen Hotels chain, and I think the service is amazing. On the other hand, there doesn't seem to be a choice of ``good sake'' or ``rare alcohol such as local sake'' that you would want to drink even if you pay an additional fee, so I think that's where the pros and cons differ depending on the person. The hot springs are Kusatsu Onsen, so you can be sure of the quality of the hot springs.I thought it would have been nice if the open-air bath was a little bigger.Although the shuttle bus is a little far from Kusatsu Onsen Yubatake, there was no inconvenience. For me, it was nice to be in a quiet space away from the downtown area at night.I want to enjoy a hot spring trip with my family without worrying about cost performance. I think I can recommend it to anyone. For me, the image above is exactly what I expected, so I'm satisfied.

Kusatsu's Yubatake is far away, and even though the customer service staff was waiting in line, I was turned away. (The advantage is that it's cheap)

A Japanese-Western style room with a semi-open-air bath. It was a round pot bath, but it was nice and spacious. There is a step up from the Western-style room, and when you open the door, there is a galan and a separate room with a bathtub on the left. Both the Western and Japanese rooms had TVs, and we could watch BS broadcasts. Be careful when opening the sliding door of the toilet, as it can pinch your fingers. The amount of alcohol in meals is lower than other Itoen hotels. The space between tables is small and it feels cramped. There is a separate room to the left after entering. Although it is far from the soft drinks, it is spacious and you can eat in peace. If you order a different menu, you will be assigned a reserved seat in the back of the room, against the wall. The quality and temperature of the hot springs are the best. I would like the elevator to be fixed soon.

It's terrible here. I will never come again.First of all, the entrance at check-in. opening first"Hey, I'll take your temperature! Here! Here!"(*This seems to be due to the coronavirus pandemic)I suddenly got angry so I went to the front desk."Why do I have to come here and suddenly have to be ordered around by an elderly person who doesn't understand why?"I made a complaint. However, the person at the front desk just smiled bitterly and "completely ignored me."What kind of power balance?I guess they won't be able to run unless they hire local seniors, but they should do a good job of training them in customer service. Also, even though the meals are all-you-can-eat, they are served too slowly. Even though most of the dishes are empty, they are not replenished. Even if I complained, I was "ignored" here as well.Is it a scam?In the end, what they ate was ``some kind of boiled food,'' ``tempura scraps,'' ``dry rice,'' and ``fish that had been torn apart and dried.''Leftovers? What's the point in charging for this? What is this place? This is the worst of all Itoen Hotels.I would like a refund of my accommodation fee as I have not received the service commensurate with that amount.I don't feel well, there's nothing particularly nice about me, and the food doesn't taste good.Recently, the coronavirus pandemic has ended and there has been a sudden recovery in demand, so I can understand the lack of staff, but other hotels are not as bad as this.I will never come again. I don't want to give stars, but I need a minimum rating, so I give it 1 star.
