I had previously made a reservation for one night starting this Saturday, August 31st, but I was worried about the impact of the typhoon, so I had just requested a change in the date, but this person, who I believe is the owner and chef, The response is ``In that case, it will be canceled, and since preparations have already begun, a cancellation fee will be required.''And even though such a big typhoon is approaching, I wonder if they should charge a cancellation fee for changing the date...Also, if transportation is canceled or suspended due to a typhoon, will there be no cancellation fee? When I asked,The man at this inn said, ``Cancellation fees will apply from one week before the reservation date.''Then, I asked the person at this inn again. If the Shinkansen and other services are suspended due to this special warning typhoon, won't I be charged a cancellation fee?The answer from the person at this inn was, ``Even in that case, there will be a cancellation fee.''Even though we have been operating an inn for many years, we received this response.I was able to tell you.In general, if transportation is suspended due to a disaster or bad weather, we generally do not charge a cancellation fee...The last words said by the person at this inn were:“Okay. This time is fine, so could you please refrain from making reservations here next time?”I also don't want to stay here again.Actually, if this typhoon doesn't hit directly,This was my third time staying here.I liked this inn, but it ended on a disappointing note. They may be more concerned about money than the safety of their guests. If you are planning to stay here, we recommend that you make your reservation on a day when the weather is clearly nice and sunny.Other than the hospitality of the people at this inn, the baths and food are wonderful. There is no WiFi in the room. I stayed here twice before.Since Kusatsu Onsen is famous, many owners probably think that many tourists will visit.

It was my second time using it. We had a quiet stay at this small inn with 4 guest rooms and 3 private baths.I feel like the staff were kind of left alone, but it was quieter and I didn't have to worry about them, so it was easier (lol)The bath had an old-fashioned atmosphere, like a spa, and the room and dressing room were clean, probably having been renovated. There was a yogibo in the room, which made me feel even more relaxed (lol)

I would also like to thank you for your help. It was an inn with 4 rooms. The room was clean and there were 3 private baths which were very nice. I'm very satisfied with the food ♪ Looking at other people's reviews, I feel like it's some kind of intentional harassment? I saw something like this, and I wonder why. Also, I would like to take care of you in the near future. Thank you very much for your support at that time.

We had a wonderful day.The pseudo-Western-style room, which I love when I'm on my own, including the three private baths, was the real highlight. The moment I spent idly on the raised tatami mat was nothing short of heavenly. This is a ryokan that you will want to visit again when visiting Kusatsu Onsen.

The private hot spring source is so soft that you can't believe it's from Kusatsu, and you can pour it in slowly. The food is also delicious. It will be a hassle to go to Yubatake.
