An inn in an old folk house that was relocated some 30 years ago. The wild vegetables and sweetfish that the husband has gathered are on the table. Enjoy a moment of conversation with other guests at the dining table with a glass of Japanese sake in hand. The owner, who is a hunter, talks about shooting bears, and other guests talk about the mountains. It was really great.Wi-Fi depends on the location, but in my room the signal is strong and the toilet has a washlet. The public bath was not a hot spring but had boiling water, but it was very pleasant.The next day, I climbed Mt. Makiki, but I paid for my lodging after I came down the mountain. This is because they want to make sure they have descended the mountain safely. It was so hot that my legs cramped up and I was delayed in descending the mountain, but they seemed to be very concerned about me and gave me ice-cold perilla vinegar to help me feel better. Isn't this kind of true hospitality?

First of all, I was impressed by the beauty of the old folk house.The lumber used was also of splendid quality that is not available today. The food was homemade and I was satisfied ❗ The sweetfish grilled in the hearth was also delicious 😃 The couple who lived at the inn were friendly and kind, making it an inn I would like to stay at again. Next time I'll stay there when I'm climbing Mt. Makiki.

He said he bought an old village house and turned it into an inn. It's a quaint building with a hearth and high ceilings. Everyone at the hostel also treated us very well.

The building is old-fashioned and splendid, and is a relaxing guesthouse housed in a building that was relocated from an old folk house built over 100 years ago.
