The location is good, close to Kasai Station, with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. Although I was a single room, there was a view so I didn't feel confined, and the room was clean.The bathtub is not long, but it is wide for a business hotel. However, since it's on the 7th floor, the shower pressure may be low. As for the amenities, the toothbrush is not good, but the body towel and body soap are good quality items that are not typical of a business hotel.There are surprisingly few power outlets, only one near the bedside. The bed light is of the type that allows you to adjust the brightness, which was useful. Also, there is no TV. There is a monitor for online video viewing sites. It's certainly true these days, but I realized once again how grateful television is.All-you-can-drink alcohol for one hour is an interesting service. Beer is the best! Potato shochu and sour are also good. However, I think it would be wise to pass for wine and sake...The breakfast buffet is full of meat from the morning. The plastic surgery is so pretty that it doesn't feel handmade, but all of them are pretty good. The fried chicken is huge. The hamburger is very soft. There are also burdock and carrot meat rolls. On the contrary, the fact that it doesn't have the standard cheap sausages is a good thing. You can also enjoy curry with luxurious toppings.

I arrived at around 7pm. The female staff at the front desk could communicate well in English. The room was quite spacious in Tokyo. Unfortunately, the room was not tidy enough. There were socks left by the previous tenant.

I was honestly disappointed with my stay. For the price, I expected a much better experience. The check-in process started with a rude staff member, which set a negative tone right from the start. It could’ve been the language barrier, but I felt the rudeness and the unwillingness to help with our concerns.The room was quite small for four people. It felt cramped, with two beds suitable for sleeping two people per and two single beds against the wall, limiting both walking space and room for luggage. I can't imagine being comfortable here for an extended stay; thankfully, we were only there for two nights. There’s limited outlets near the bed which was inconvenient if there’s multiple people charging.Cleanliness was a major issue. Our first room was dirty, with hair on the bed and trash under it. After waiting over 30 minutes for a new room, the second one was still not properly cleaned. This lack of attention to cleanliness is concerning.On a positive note, the location is convenient, with a bus stop and train station just a five-minute walk away, plus a nearby convenience store and restaurants. We opted for an Uber to DisneySea, but a direct bus is available.One more concern: elevator is dangerous. It closes quickly and doesn't stop if something is in the way, which nearly resulted in an accident for my boyfriend. This poses a serious risk, especially for families with young children.Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleanliness issues.

Conveniently near the stationThere are family restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets. There is a welcome drink. It seems like all you can drink is a little bit of alcohol.

Breakfast was finished at 9:30 and there were no napkins.The softness of the bed is OK, but the room is relatively small. There are buses nearby, and you can go to Narita and Haneda Airport for 1,600 yen. (KFC is next door, and there are machines nearby where you can buy tickets.)
