Due to my carelessness, I left something behind in my room. I contacted them in a hurry, but they just said, ``I'll look for them and get back to you,'' and they didn't answer the phone.I understand that you were busy, and I accept that it is completely my fault, but please everyone, please do not leave anything behind.

I was able to take a day trip to the hot springs. The hot springs were great. However, there was a person with tattoos (full body tattoos), and all the bathers were nervous as they entered the bath. This is a hotel that doesn't refuse customers with tattoos!

I stayed there for the first time in about 10 years.Although the rooms were old, they were clean. However, the temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted and it was hot, so this is something I would like to see improved. The room was on the side with a view of Mt. Hakodate, so it was nice to relax and enjoy the view.I didn't expect much from the buffet style meal, but it was very delicious. The customer base ranged from groups to families and couples.I stayed with my children, and there was a spacious kids space on the 1st floor, so they had a great time.

I stayed there at a low price, but the staff's customer service, food, and service, including the front desk staff, were well-balanced and expensive. It has been thoroughly maintained and cleaned despite deterioration over time. The mirror in the bathroom is all so deteriorated that I can't see any pictures.
