When: Stayed for 2 nights in the winter of 2024.Pros: First of all, it was nice to be able to cook while doing laundry, and the sauna was also impressive. Above all, it is located right in front of the beach, so it is easy to walk around, and the factory is only 1 minute away, so the location is excellent. Parking is also best because you can park in the parking lot across from the intersection where you enter the accommodation. Considering all of this, it was an excellent accommodation for the price.Improvement: When using a large amount of electricity (induction, sauna, TV) at once, black out phenomenon may occur temporarily.Willingness to visit again: Staying at a hotel is fine when visiting Hakodate, but if you are looking for a place where you can cook, I will stay here again.

Thank you for taking care of my family of three. The room was very nice and clean, and I felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good, close to the station and sightseeing spots, and thanks to you we were able to make wonderful memories of our family trip. I'm really glad I chose to stay here.

I stayed there while traveling with friends. The room was clean and easy to use, and the location was convenient for sightseeing, so I was able to enjoy myself to the fullest. There was a sauna in the room, and it felt really good and helped me recover from my fatigue, so I was very satisfied!I was able to spend a very luxurious time. Thank you very much.

The other day, my husband and I stayed for two nights. The location was very convenient as it was close to sightseeing spots and the station. I had a comfortable stay in a beautiful and clean room, and the room also had a sauna, which relieved my fatigue and made me feel very relaxed. Thanks to you, it was a very enjoyable trip. Terrible smell. Room was not clean, hair and dust could be found in corners, very unprofessional. Not quite sure why a sauna is needed in the room, closets were also messy (do not leave your own stuff in closets if you’re selling your room as an airbnb, guests need space to store their belongings too). I also hope the check in process was easier. I don’t really feel comfortable skyping.

The attempt to erase the odor of the space with strong perfume results in a baffling smell.
